- Groups in which the participants are minors, the person responsible for the group must sign a declaration, under oath, guaranteeing that they have authorization from the legal guardians of all minors in the group to stay in our unit.
- It is not mandatory to have adults in the rooms, but minors cannot book rooms/dorms without a private bathroom.
- The use of shared bathrooms by minors is not recommended.

Posizione vicino ai principali mezzi di trasporto pubblico, buona colazione con ampia scelta, comodo servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito dopo il check out e letti comodi

Cons:

Moquette in stanza, bagno cieco e senza ventola, led del rilevatore di fumo molto fastidioso la notte e scarso numero di superfici per appoggiare le cose

Excellent emplacement pour visiter la ville de Porto. Nous avons tout fait à pied. L'essentiel est à proximité. Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible.
Très bon petit déjeuner et varié.

Cons:

La chambre, est un peu vieillotte, qui mériterait un bon coup de neuf (moquette sale avec des taches, tête de lit complètement usée). Pas d'équipement type machine à café dans la chambre.
