Déception pour notre séjour à Porto

La situation de l'hôtel

Cons:

Une des deux chambres réservées n'était pas prêtes à 15 heures.
A 17h, trois personnes du service de nettoyage papotaient avec des éclats de rire dans une chambre en face de la nôtre, je suis sortie et une s'est excusée mais quelques minutes après, l'aspirateur prenait le relais des nuisances sonores.
Je suis descendue à l'accueil et il m'a été dit que le ménage était prévu jusqu'à 18h!...
Cependant, par la suite le personnel de l'accueil a été aimable et serviable.
L'organisation est à revoir pour satisfaire la clientèle.
Il y a des toiles d'araignée sur la rambarde du balcon.
Pas de couverture dans l'armoire.
Le bouton "petit débit" de la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas. La chasse d'eau fuit dans les deux salles de bain.
Salle de bain microscopique, pas de verre d'eau.
Chambre avec du papier recollé suite à de l'humidité.
Cet hôtel ne mérite pas figurer dans la catégorie 3 étoiles. Nous sommes très déçus d'y avoir réservé deux nuits.

Don’t like the darkness in bathroom, felt like a 2 star not 3
Pros:

location; the lady who served at breakfast was very friendly

Cons:

Bathroom painting too dark, lights were too dim, made me feel not clean , the layout in bathroom was weird , toilet right beside the bathroom door, facing the shower. No cups or glasses in the room, you have to ask for it yourself.

Super Hotel in guter Gegend Nahe trinidade
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal, sehr sauberes Zimmer, gutes und ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet, dicht an der Metro-Station Trinidade, viel Restaurants in der Nähe

Zimmer zur Straße ist nicht so gut, da die Müllabfuhr recht laut ist

Hotel jest atrakcyjnie położony, blisko centrum miasta i stacji metra Trindade. Całodobowa recepcja, uprzejmy personel.

Cons:

Śniadania słabe , proszkowa jajecznica . Bardzo słabe oświetlenie i brak wentylacji w łazience. Czajnik w pokoju byłby dobrym dodatkiem.

Very Dated Hotel
Pros:

The only thing going for this hotel was the staff were pleasant.

Cons:

Where do I start, first this hotel is very dated, like going back to 1970's. Our room 101 was in front of the building and the noise level coming up from the street during the night was very loud and then at 4.30am the bin lorries arrived, so we got no sleep. In fairness staff were understanding and moved us to a room at the back on 2nd floor and it was very quiet. But when I went to use hairdryer it was disastrous, it would only work for about 1 minute then cut off and way for about 3 mintues and it would come back on for 1 minute. I found the whole decor of hotel depressing, so would not recomend.

Pros:

Гостиница неплохая. Персонал очень отзывчивый и работящий. Заселили гораздо раньше времени. Мы ехали рано на экскурсию, нам накрыли завтрак на час раньше. Чисто.

Cons:

Шумела вода в инсталляции ночью. Но может уже починили

Exceptional Location
Pros:

The location is exceptional and the staff are awesome. Large rooms and a great breakfast set us up for the day. Whilst the rooms are starting to feel a little dated they were clean and comfortable.

Early morning truck noise outside the hotel from garbage trucks. Rooms were very comfortable and clean but getting a bit dated.
