A good stay in charming Durbuy.
Pros:

Modern and comfortable room and bed. Good bathroom with spacious shower booth. The restaurant and breakfast was really good. Public parking (reasonable parking fee) right outside the hotel. Nice, multilingual and service-minded staff.

Cons:

The fact that they are pet-friendly but don't accept cats.

Cons:

Toilet upstairs without a door, smart controls were too complex and easy to do wrong. Noise isolation from corridor wasn't good. Bed was small but that was to be expected from descriptions.

Excellent experience, will return!
Pros:

Hotel is in the middle of Durbuy with easy access to the old town and parking. I reserved a parking spot in their garage which was about 400 m away. The rooms were modern, clean and had air conditioning. My two yorkies felt very comfortable as well. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

Pros:

Great location , had a dedicated covered parking nearby and the staff were really warm, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended. Restaurant below also had a good atmosphere.

Great room with excellent amenities and kept very clean. The electronic "smart" features were simple to use and pretty useful.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit noisy, though this is primarily the fault of the loud immature young neighbours we got.
