Excellent place with lovely staff and good facilities but unfortunately car entrance and exit was was very bas bad with a lot of bumps and even car parking was not well organized to meet the standards of the hotel
I stayed there for a wedding I attended at the same hotel. Friendly staff, I highly recommend the hotel!
Best place to stay in kuwait.
Quite and nice property.
I tried to cancel my stay due to unforeseen circumstances. Expedia team tried to solve it but upto know I haven’t heard anything back and I hope I don’t loose my money
The worst stay ever at a 5 star hotel
Thanc u people for any thing for the hotel some time in coming
There was a bad smell in the bathroom
We stayed at the Regency Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it was a very pleasant stay. Room was ready when we arrived. Towels were arranged as swans and a big heart on the bed, and a birthday cake with candles was sent to our room later in the evening. Mr. Amr Al-Nabrawai (reservations agent) made sure all the arrangements were as planned. Many thanks to him!
Hotel is well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of varieties. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. Would go there again!
Overall it’s a good hotel good location
Service was good
Clean, luxurious, access to shore, beautiful spacious luxurious lobby.
Only the venue is nice. They have got the worst customer service. Staffs are absolutely untrained, lack of customer service, no antiquities!!
Wasn’t offered a good room.
Also, It was very noisy that I can hear birthday wishes on my bed from the lobby. Very very noisy rooms. And the decor is old, it needs renovation. Rooms are small.
Very good Very good Very good Very good Very good Very good Very good
Actully it was a really busy staff with a busy room the room at beginning was awful then they transfer us to another one . What I really dislike the ladies lounge do not accept kids anyway :( this is was a serious problem for me I wanna Privte place and enjoying with my kids but unfortunately the receptionist refused
Very nice hotel friendly stuff nice location
Very Nice and very good I really recommend it for anybody
he hotel is located in Salmiya, which is at least 20 minutes drive from Kuwait City downtown. However there is a complex with restaurants only 5 minutes walk away that we found very handy. The Hotel was great from every aspect. The lounge and the terrace were fantastic. The breakfast was amazing, maybe the best I had in any place I have visited so far. Choice was incredible and there was also the option to have some local specialties cooked fresh for you. Food at the restaurant was also good and mocktails were great. Room was also clean and comfortable, although standard room was a bit on the small side with no view. All staff was extremely helpful and very professional. Special thanks to Kamel for the Arabic coffee at the dates station. If you are a married couple, be prepared to have your wedding certificate with you (!) but this is the country law. The ladies pool was not in use which was disappointing. My only SERIOUS criticism for the hotel is that hotel security were a bit over the top asking us our room number all the time. We were among the very few "Westerner" guests, although I do not know if this is relevant. That also happened 3 times within 2 hours on the last day of our stay at the hotel's private beach. My wife was also questioned by security why she was taking pictures of the sea (?), although he said it was allowed. Half an hour later the security returned with the German hotel manager(?) and asked her the same thing, which totally ruined her mood.
The sea view is amazing, the hotel is quite and good for relaxing
Marvellous perfect for families & quiet area
