It's a lovely hotel located in the beautiful town of Usk. The staff are absolutely fantastic and the included breakfasts are lovely. They are also dog friendly.

Beautiful surroundings and building. The atmosphere is amazing and the breakfast was delicious.
For the price of the room, I would expect better coffee in the room than two sachets of cheap instant coffee and not enough sugar or sweetener.

The hotel is old and very tired and the food was atrocious. It does not justify the ratings shown online nor the price it charges. Just prices that online marketing can be extremely misleading.
Great location, staff ever so nice.
No fridge, every other amenity was available, even a trouser press. The bar selection was very basic, could do with more variety.
