Super lindo, limpio, bien ubicado cerca de la avenida principal, la habitación con vista al lago, hermosa toda la infraestructura! Recomiendo con los ojos cerrados!

La amabilidad del personal es algo realmente increíble. La habitación (quedamos en una suite) muy amplia y cómoda. Las vistas maravillosas. Desayuno muy bueno.
Un hotel de esta categoría no puede tener su acceso con tantos y profundos pozos. De verdad que impacta mucho en la experiencia (ya que no hay otra entrada) y es de no creer que no le pasen una máquina o no lo arreglen de alguna manera. Trabajamos con turismo y por más que la amabilidad del personal haya sido increíble y la habitación muy cómoda, no lo podemos recomendar a nuestros clientes por el acceso que tienen.
Las instalaciones son excelentes tiene una vista increíble, el personal es maravilloso, hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable.

El hotel NO está cerca del centro, está retirado así q hay que caminar al menos 15-20 min y para llegar hay que subir una pendiente. La calle del frente no es pavimentada y hay mucho polvo

Everything was perfect! This place has really surprised me in every aspects. I have rarely in my life met such attentive people in a hotel. If you are going to El Calafate, this is the place to stay!
