​While the hotel's proximity to the Haram is undeniable, the guest experience is significantly compromised by layout and accessibility issues.
​Crowd Control & Navigation:

The property suffers from extreme congestion. The layout forces guests to navigate through crowded commercial shopping areas simply to access the residential elevators and reach their rooms. This mandatory routing is highly inconvenient, especially during peak prayer times.

​Room Ergonomics: The bed height in the room was exceptionally high. For individuals of shorter stature, getting into and out of bed was physically awkward and difficult to manage. Lower bed profiles or the availability of step stools should be considered to accommodate diverse guest needs.
​Conclusion: For a property of this caliber, the lack of a direct, private entrance bypassing the mall and the lack of attention to basic room ergonomics are notable drawbacks. It may not be the ideal choice for travelers prioritizing seamless mobility.

The staff was not friendly ..arrogant kind of look ..compared to hyatt and hilton...so so much friendlier and welcoming.Definitely will not repeat fairmont after paying so much for such attitude by the front desk

واحب اشكر مديره الاستقبال الأخت رزان قمه في حسن خلقها وعطتني تمديد إلى ساعه 3 عصرا والأخوات عند خروج الأخت نسرين والأخت خلوقه نزلت معي إلى وصول إلى المتعه وسيارة الأخت فرح تقيمي عن فندق هالإخوات ثلاث قمه في الخلق والأخلاق
