موظف الاستقبال اول الوصول اسمه محمد لم يتم تسليمنا الغرف اللي تم حجزها عن طريق بوكننج من حيث المساحه ولم تحن جاهزه مع العلم الوصول كان السعه تسه مساءا والتسليم من المفترض الساعه ثلاث عصرا ولكن لم يتم تسليمنا
ولكن الموظف ماهر الشهراني تم حل الموضوع وسلمنا الثلاث غرف بنفس المواصفات اللي تم حجزها
