Beautiful experience
Pros:

This was our third stay at Fairmont Makkah and we enjoy it everytime. We highly recommend the Gold experience. We would like to thank all Fairmont team and especially Azam the breakfast manager !

سكنت فيه قبل سنة رويال سويت كان جيد واصبح الان اسوء من السىء

الطعام جدا سيء خدمة الغرف + الإفطار الصباحي الله يعز النعمة
السناك الخاص ب فيرمونت قولد كانه شحاذه من الموظفين قبل لاتوصل الساعة 7 وكنا موجودين 6:30 كان الموظفين جدا تعاملهم سي وحنا نختار الأطباق يشيلون الاكل من قدامنا وحنا نختار ولا كاننا موجودين ، تكلمت مع المسؤول اللي استقبلنا قال بكلم المشرف واكلمك ولحد ماكتبت التعليق ماتواصل

Only the view of Kaba.

Cons:

I was staying for 2 nights when I booked the room it’s showing 1900sr for 2 nights. Then later on I received a call from hotel they upgraded my room and they said it will be extra charge then I said it fine I will pay it. When I reached at hotel in reception they told me I have to pay for more extra that is cost of 2 nights 6160 sr and that is toooooo much but how ever I pay that then there no free parking and also I paid extra for parking 600sr for 2 days. That is my life very bed expenses. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Excellent location and very friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Although the location is excellent, I was disappointed with the condition of the room. The furniture looked old, the wallpaper needed maintenance and the bathroom did not feel as luxurious as expected. I hope the hotel renovates the rooms to match the quality of the Fairmont brand.

We are asking for Makkah view from our room
We didn't get .
Asking to change the room additional cos should pay of 1500sr
Pay for 1080 Sr for 24 hrs and my booking was cancelled which is 890 Sr
We reached at night at 9:30 pm and next morning asking to check out before 12:00 pm
After a long requested stay for 04: 00 pm
I paid for 24 hrs room for rent.
