hotel well located for yacht charter. Staff really helpful and allowed us to store luggage even when were were away on the charter. Not a 5 star hotel, but perfectly ok for a short economic stay.

The staff were very helpful. My flight was leaving late at night and they gave me access to a room for no charge.
The location was great. Views over the marina (sea view with balcony) and very near the main tourist street, shops and restaurants.

The location
The lift stopped twice while we were there and the staff are rude and very unwelcoming and unwilling to assist with anything.

This location has a great view of the water from the balcony. I also appreciated the continental breakfast options and the options of restaurants outside the hotel.
Parking was extremely difficult. Specially if arriving late at night.

En arrivant, j ai réalisé avoir fait une erreur de date en réservant. J avais réservé le lendemain.
La personne de l accueil nous ne a fait payer aucun cout en lien avec l annulation de la nuit du lendemain. Elle a juste décalé la date. C'est vraiment très appréciable comme attitude.

Location was great.
Hotel was old. Rooms were old. Not cleaned well. No blankets provided. Non English speaking staff in evenings. No parking provided to guests. Elevator was dirty smelled and very slow. They did NOT even provide water in the rooms and Charged for water which is unheard of for the premium price paid for the rooms. No ice in hotel they sent you to a restaurant next door. Our room was not cleaned properly daily and forgot to take garbage one day. Didn't changed towels.
Breakfast was decent from what se saw but the same each day. Cold sunny side up eggs !!!
