Pros:

The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is fairly old, but the rooms are comfortable and clean. The proximity to the train station and the historical centre make it good for travellers without a car. The breakfast is generous.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our top floor room struggled on very hot days, but was better on the lower floors.

Excellent hotel for various reasons
Pros:

We stayed as a family of 4, at the hotel for 6 nights in July. The room was v spacious and the bathroom v big. The teenagers had separate beds, not a sofa bed which is a big plus. The hotel is just across the train station and accessible to the centre and old part of Bolzano. There is a shopping mall 3 minutes away. Breakfast was v good and varied with a nice orange squeezer and different tarts too. I recommend this place highly.

위치가 볼차노역과 버스정류장과 5분내거리에 있고. 광장과 쇼핑센터와도 가까워서 매우편리했다. 체크아웃후 짐보관서비스도 제공해 편리했다.

Highly recommend for convenience, cleanliness and location
Pros:

Excellent location adjacent to bus and train station and Walther Piazza. The breakfast was ample and delicious. The provision of a Südtirol guest pass was very helpful for transport to the Dolomites. 10/10 hotel!!
