We were warmly welcomed by the lady at reception who allowed us to access the room even though we were a couple of hours early. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it was spotlessly clean. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were excellent. It has been a long time since I wasn’t asked for a credit card imprint on arrival. I paid for the drinks, meals and accommodation only when I checked out. In fact they didn’t even ask our room number when we had the meals but all charges were correct.
The room and bathroom were a little small but it was only an overnight stopover so it wasn’t a problem
It was a good location, the owners are very house proud and this shows in the reception and restaurant area. The rooms are clean, nice, extremely basic.
Friendly face at check in.
We walked In… and instantly fell in love with this hotel and its super friendly atmosphere. It is run by a couple who are very efficient and always courteous even when very busy. We had a proper welcome and quick check in; a proper restaurant run by the husband offers proper traditional dishes which were very tasty.

It’s summer and there is no AC and no fan. It’s IMPORTANT to sleep in this heat. I asked for accommodation i was told “everybody is hot it’s summer”…… so I understand that this hotel is not an option for summer ?! How do other hotels do? They have AC! I did not appreciate that this was NOT mentioned on the Website I would have never booked and I did not even get a discount. unacceptable
