Habia gente que ocupaba las tumbonas y sombrillas sin hacer uso de ellas hasta en mas de 1 hora y media, otros usaban la piscina para solo adultos con niños pequeños.

We have stayed at Macdonald Doña Lola Resort several times and always enjoy returning. The resort has an excellent location, good facilities and a relaxing family atmosphere, making it a great place to stay in La Cala de Mijas. Overall, we love Macdonald Doña Lola Resort and have visited a number of times. The location, facilities and atmosphere remain very good, but more attention should be given to replenishing basic items such as towels and toilet rolls. The limited parking was also frustrating and affected the convenience of our stay.

Cons:

The towels and toilet rolls were not replenished during our five-night stay, which was disappointing. Parking was also much more limited than on previous visits, and we wasted a considerable amount of time driving around trying to find an available space.

Pros:

Viihtyisä ja turvavallinen alue, jolta löytyy useita ravintoloita, jolloin illallisellekaan ei tarvitse lähteä muualle.
Sijainti aivan valvotun rannan läheisyydessä. Pitkä rantapromenadi tarjoaa hyvät lenkkeilymahdollisiidet.
Iso allasalue, josssa riitti aurinkotuoleja kaikille. Altaat avoinna 9.30-20 ja allaspyyhkeet talon puolesta.
Kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto oli todella tilava, plussaa myös kahdesta kylpyhuoneesta. Sängyt olivat mukavat. Oma ilmastointilaite kaikissa huoneissa.
Pysäköintipaikkoja oli riittävästi.
Kuntosali oli hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Cons:

Myöhäinen chech-in aika (klo17) ja aikainen check out aika (klo10).
Keittiön varustelu voisi olla parempi, esim juomalaseja ei ollut lainkaan, vain kahvikuppeja ja mukeja löytyi.
Huoneiston parvekkeelle ei paistanut aurinko missään vaiheessa päivää heinäkuun puolivälissä, joten pyykkien kuivatus oli hidasta. Merinäköala olisi ollut kiva lisä, mutta se, ettei sitä ollut tässä huoneistossa, oli toki tiedossa jo varatessa.
