Hearton Hotel Kitaumeda

Location was great, the staff were great and the room was a decent size for Japan for the cost. It had: Hairdryer, toothbrush; good shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, kettle, fridge, aircon; shower and bath, med firm bed, TV, WiFi and communal microwave.

An immaculate hotel situated next to a metro station in a central but quiet corner of this very busy city. Nice friendly staff. My 16th floor room was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Great shower, comfortable bed, city view. Silent at night and excellent value for money. Can't fault it!

Love the location, enjoy the vibes surroundings.
I would stay here again if I visit osaka just because of the location :)
Their breakfast just nice, but the ladies and gentleman that serves in cafe is lovely.. like home.

Before we arrived, the communication we received from the hotel was great in response to our questions regarding luggage storage and mail.
The staff were very welcoming, we had mail delivered to the hotel and this was presented to us on arrival without us having to ask for it There was free tea, coffee and toiletries in the lobby to take back to our room.

It is very close to the Nakatsu subway station, and only a couple of minutes walk.

The hotel is in a very quiet area, and the rooms were very quiet as well.

The look of the Hotel, lobby, lifts and rooms are all very nice.

The beds were firm but comfortable.

I felt my room was nicer in person than the photos on booking.com

The rooms were nice, the bathroom was a good size and the hot water was amazing.

After checkout, we could leave our luggage for free until later that day , which was great, as we attended the Sumo at Edion Arena until 6 pm.

After returning our keys on checkout , the staff offered to store our luggage storage without us having to ask, which was great .
It just showed that our requests were noted on our booking which was very professional and organised and we felt very cared for.

Restaurants, Geschäfte und Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Toller Ausblick vom Zimmer über die Skyline von Osaka. Freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück mit Kaffeeautomat und frischem O-Saft. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer.

Perfecto ubicado, cerca de una línea de metro y con buena conexión a todos lados.
La habitación era pequeña pero estaba muy limpia y ordenada siempre.
Hacen limpieza diaria y reponen amenities todos los días. Además, te cambian las sábanas después de la tercera noche sin tener que pedirlo.

Je moet het beste voor het laatst bewaren. Na 3 weken Japan eindigen we hier. Een prima hotel, op 4 minuten van de metro, op 1 minuut van de supermarkt op 5 minuten van Umeda voor verse koffie, restaurants en winkels.
Verder, goede kamer, goede douche, hygiënisch, schone handdoeken, bagage opslag, 24/7 uitchecken. Dus gewoon prima!

The staff was extremely helpful, even when I had a last-minute package to send to a friend. Really appreciate the staff's polite thoughtfulness. I can't remember his name now, but one of them was also proactively guiding his newer colleagues and I thought that that was excellent :) Thank you for the great stay.
