Pros:

We had a small but comfortable room with good facilities and the area was quiet despite being so close to central shibuya. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was very well decorated and the breakfast itself was lovely with both japanese and western options.

Cons:

It was one of the smaller rooms in out stay- but had everything we needed.

Loved it. They change the flower in your room every day. How nice.

Location was great, close to Shibuya station
Envirpnment: Lawspn, 7/11, Donki, every shopping centre is close
People: Staff was beyond friendly they helped me a lot
