Für 1-2 Nächte völlig ausreichend.Super Lage.Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.Einige Haare auf dem Bett. Und die Dusche könnte mal erneuert werden.

Bad night sleep

Cons:

Hygiene and the fact that I was sleeping with semi homeless peoples which turned in their beds non stopped and snored like they have apnea and talked in their sleep.

Es war alles super dreckig - die Wände beschmiert, Schimmelflecken an den Vorhängen, Schimmel in der Dusche, Flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Das Zimmer hat extrem gestunken.

Pros:

Hostel a&o is all about the perfect centric location and the exceptional staff very friendly and helpful they even helped me with the luggage upstairs, and the two receptionist were that night helped me both of them is very good for the money you pay looking forward to stay here again.

Cons:

The dirt under my bed seems not been cleaned from dust properly for a whil, and it always gives you the feelings that you are allergic specially when sleeping another some thing I worried about is the schimmel or fungus in the bath room that things is not healthy to be showering above of it.

A very stressful and disappointing experience due to poor reservation management, lack of communication, and a two-hour

Unfortunately, I cannot say much positive about my experience, as the check-in situation was extremely stressful and disappointing.

Cons:

We arrived at around 9:30 PM after travelling from another city, only to be told at reception that there were no rooms available, even though we had booked and paid for our room a month in advance. I had also sent a message informing the hotel of our arrival time.

I only had six hours available to sleep before going to the airport, so this situation caused me a great deal of stress and frustration. The staff initially told us that we would have to find another hotel ourselves at around 10 PM, when finding alternative accommodation at such short notice was extremely difficult.

We had to contact Booking.com for assistance, and after approximately two hours of waiting, we were finally told that a room was available after all.

It is unacceptable to arrive at a hotel with a confirmed, prepaid reservation and be told that there is no room available. If there was a problem with our booking, the hotel should have informed us several days in advance rather than leaving us in this situation late at night.

I strongly recommend improving the hotel’s reservation management and communication with guests. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I would not stay here again.

Cons:

Der Check in dauerte lange, da nur ein Mitarbeiter für den Check in da war. Es waren viele Menschen die gleichzeitig einchecken wollten.

Das Zimmer war nicht überall sauber. Man hat an manchen Stellen Staub gefunden. Das Wasser in der Dusche war nur schwer einstellbar.
