Uppfyller inte våra förväntningar på ett Grand hotell.

Cons:

Sur personal i receptionen tråkigt bemötande vi hade bokat hundrum kostade 300 kr. Men fanns ingenting i rummet eller någon skylt att hänga på dörren. Ta ett studiebesök på elit hotell hur de tar emot hundar för halva priset

Bra läge med god frukost men hade förväntat mig mer av rummet.

Läget, suveränt! Bra frukost.

Cons:

Otroligt tight att få plats med 3 personer i ett rum. När vi fällt ut bäddsoffan (som kanske hade funkat ok för ett mindre barn men ej en tonåring då fjädrarna gick upp i ryggen av tyngden) fanns inte utrymme att gå förbi den vidare in i rummet. Kändes lite snålt att det inte fanns separat balsam och schampo, något man förväntar sig på den här typen av hotell (fanns någon mix av tvål/schampo/balsam…). Hur som, Borås levererade och det var lyxigt att bo så centralt. Läget är super!
