Disappointing
Cons:

One day of our stay our room was not made up. We had wet towels and bed was not refreshed. We got in late in the evening on that day and had to chase around after a night manager to access clean dry towels. Night manager was helpful.
Made what was otherwise a comfortable stay unpleasant.

Excellent Property
Pros:

Excellent Friendly service from all the staff they were very helpful. The studio room was large and comfortable. The King Bed was soft and the kitchen facilities great. Nice large shower and bathroom. Great location. I would definetly stay here again and would highly recommend.
