Ideaal verblijf gedurende een weekendje aan de kust.
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel was zeer opvallend.
Bij het ontbijt heb je een uitgebreide keuze.
De kamer (520) en de badkamer zijn gedateerd, maar netjes en alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig.
Het is fijn vertoeven in de gezellige bar. De bediening verloopt vlot en klantgericht.

Cons:

Het toilet staat wat ongemakkelijk ten opzichte van het badkamermeubel ;-).

Kamer 546 was groot met veel kastruimte
Ook de vele haken zijn reuze handig

Cons:

Badkamer met douche in bad ontbeert handgrepen. De matrassen van 80 cm breed hadden breder kunnen zijn. Een van de matrassen heeft ingezakte zijwanden en is niet te handhaven.
Het ontbijt was voldoende. Jammer dat het koffieapparaat geen espresso mogelijkheid had.

Un séjour très agréable à l'hôtel Ostende, bien situé, très propre, calme. Des espaces intérieurs ,

Fantastic hotel, in a great location. The staff were amazing, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was immense! I would highly recommend to others.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, ob an der Rezeption oder beim Service. Ein Dank an den Koch, der mit seiner schnellen Hilfe mit Eis für meinen verletzten Fuss den Tag gerettet hat.
Das Essen war auch sehr lecker und vielseitig.
Frühstück ebenso. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superzentrale Lage, top Check-in, alles war super vorbereitet

Cons:

Das Zimmer war unglaublich alt und abgenutzt. Es wurde mit modern renovierten Zimmern geworben aber erhalten haben wir ein uralt möbliertes und abgenutztes Zimmer. Leute aus unserer Gruppe, die sehr viel später gebucht haben, erhielten schöne und renovierte Zimmer.. also wurde man als Frühbucher bestraft, auch vom Preis her.. wir bezahlten ca. 50% mehr als diejenigen, die 2-3 Monate später gebucht hatten

Quartier für Veranstaltungsbesuch in Oostende
Pros:

Lage war perfekt für uns. Prima Frühstücksbuffet. Platz im Frühstücksraum. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gute Dusche. Wirkte alles ziemlich frisch renoviert.

Cons:

Wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer (dafür aber USB A und C Lademöglichkeiten vorhanden). Ein paar mehr Haken im Bad wären gut. Wasserkocher vorhanden, aber schwarzer Tee oder Kaffee dazu war knapp / nicht vorhanden.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr komfortables grosses Zimmer, was aber trotzdem nicht den Fotos entsprach. Ein Freund von und hatte ein Einzelzimmer das wohl eher einer Sardinen Büchse glich. 🫣
Die Matratzen waren allerdings eine Katastrophe 😓
