Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Cons:

La tv era antigua y.no tenía smartv. Las almohadas estaban muy desgastadas. Nos cobraron por el consumo de 2 botellas de agua que pensamos que era de cortesía .

Pasé frío en la habitación
Pros:

La ubicación céntrica. Buen desayuno. Las camas eran cómodas

Cons:

La habitación estaba muy helada, no estaba calefaccionada y como es grande tarda mucho en calentar con el aire acondicionado. Los muebles antiguos y alfombra vieja y sucia tanto en pasillos como en la habitación. Le hace falta una remodelación. La tarjeta para entrar a la habitación se desactivó y tuvimos que volver a la recepción a activarla.
