Pros:

Lovely new entrance, plenty of parking. Spacious family room.

Cons:

Toilet wasn’t clean and smelt of urine. No one available to clean it. Had to go out and buy bleech and antibacterial wipes.
Reception staff not particularly friendly or helpful.

Nella doccia alla stanza 4 non funziona il telecomando della tv, inoltre non funziona l’acqua fredda della doccia, la tv è davvero molto piccola e non c’è nemmeno un armadio dove mettere i vestiti, inoltre non c’è l’aria condizionata, ho chiesto per almeno un ventilatore e non c’è nemmeno quello.

Pros:

Staff outstanding extremely accommodating, Andrea and Natasha are extremely kind and helpful went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible such lovely ladies .
