Einmalige Lage, herzliches und professionelles Personal.

Pros:

Alles bestens - eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft und ein sehr freundlicher Empfang - das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Aussicht und die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Das Zimmer ist bestens eingerichtet. Ich komme wieder.

Pros:

- вид из окна просто вау, на высоте 1800м спать это СУПЕР
- бесплатное повышение номера
- заселили в 13ч по просьбе, не пришлось ждать 15ч с ребенком.
- неплохой спа и детская компаната
- пропуска на подъемники и на автобус бесплатно на время проживания
- отличные завтраки

Tolles Personal, tolles Hotel ... sicher nicht zum letzten Mal!
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage, oberhalb von Arosa: somit abseits vom Trubel, in einer Umgebung. Und mit dem (Gratis-)Bus trotzdem schnell an allen Punkten von Arosa.
Das Personal war - trotz erkennbarem Stress - stets freundlich und aufmerksam.
Insgesamt ein völlig entspannter (Kurz-)Urlaub ... halt wie er sein sollte.

Cons:

Nix fällt uns dazu ein; gar nichts.

Great for a family stay
Pros:

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Room spacious and nice. Food was very tasty in the house own restaurant. We can really recommend it for families, especially since Arosa card was included that gives you free access to the lifts, climbing etc.

Cons:

The bus from the train station operates only once per hour and does not wait for delayed trains but the hotel offered their shuttle to pick us up! Really nice!
