Cons:

Nous avions loué un appartement et à notre arrivée, une personne peut aimable nous informe que le lieu à changé et que la taxe de séjour est plus élevé. Ayant des difficultés à parler en Italien, j'ai payé mais je trouve cela anormale puisque le changement m'a été imposé. Nous nous rendons donc au nouveau logement avec une personne charmante. Une maison ancienne avec terrasse.

Agréable séjour. La Villa Melzi est à faire absolument
Pros:

L’emplacement au-dessus d’une petite baie agréable
L’environnement très vert avec des villas très fleuries
Le petit balcon embaumant le jasmin
La proximité d’un restaurant avec une vue superbe sur le lac

Cons:

Les escaliers permettant d’aller rapidement au centre ville sont difficiles pour des personnes ayant un peu de mal à marcher

Pros:

В целом, хороший отель, чисто и неплохо оборудован. Самое главное, это его расположение.

Но есть нюансы, которые я не хочу замалчивать, когда плачу 300€ за 2 ночи.
Во-первых, администратор, абсолютно не приветливая. Ощущение, что она нам не рада. Ничего не рассказала, не объяснила про завтрак. Когда мы выезжали, просто сказала «пока» и даже не поинтересовалась, понравилось ли нам.
Во-вторых, отдельно оплачивается налог на каждого человека. Интересно, что дальше в поездке по Комо, ни один отель ни брал с нас дополнительных плат. Плюс Паркинг (10€ день), при том, что паркинг на территории самого же отеля.
В-третьих, в номерах нет холодильника. Только чайник и внимание, КАРТОННЫЕ СТАКАНЫ, деревянные палочки для развешивания и самый дешевый растворимый кофе.
Ну это с стыдно и не серьезно….
