I would go back to this property any time.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and in a beautiful setting. Full range self serve coffee machine.

Cons:

Can't think of anything that was a disappointment. Perhaps more English channels on the TV.

Pros:

Very clean, everywhere in the hotel is spotless. The bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is very good.

Hotel molto poco accogliente.
Ingresso e reception datati con soffitti bassi e poca luce.
Personale poco servizievole.
Ma il peggio è rappresentato dalla colazione veramente veramente scarsa. Brioche surgelate e minuscole, affettati non freschi, frutta praticamente assente.
Inoltre la sala colazione è senza finestre e mal arredata, buia e con soffitti bassi.
Per i servizi generali e sala colazione non solo non 4 stelle, merita neanche 3 stelle.
Adatto solo a clientela straniera di basso livello.

Great stay at Art Atelier
Pros:

Great location in Florence, perfect for sightseeing, very friendly staff who helped with some food and drink recommendations, the room was as described, clean with good AC! Recommended, would stay here again!

I won't consider any other hotel on my next trip to Florence.
Pros:

Situated close to attractions and conveniently close to the train station, on a quiet street. It was the right choice in every respect. The breakfast was not very varied, but the food was fresh and the coffee was good quality.
