ITALY withbfriends
Pros:

I had used one hotel in florence for thirteen years and was always unhappy with the staff during covid. I made it a mission to find a small hotel where the staff is consistent. This hotel was when I found after attempts at 8 other hotels. It is clean, the staff, friendly and breakfast plentiful.

Cons:

Nothing found
