Hieno hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Pros:

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, kaikki oli lähellä ja lentokentälle vievälle raitiovaunupysäkille oli muutaman minuutin kävelymatka. Palvelu hotellissa oli erinomaista. Huone oli siisti, puhdas ja toimiva. Suihku oli erinomainen, mikä ei Italiassa aina ole itsestäänselvyys. Meidän porukka oli sijoitettu vierekkäin, eikä vieressä ollut naapurihuoneita. Aamiainen oli hyvä.

Cons:

Huoneen ilmastointilaitteen käyttöön olisi voinut olla ohjeet, mutta käyttöongelma oli käyttäjän päässä ei sinänsä hotellin vika.

Un 4 Etoiles à l'italienne. Parfait pour se reposer.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé. A 3 minutes du Duomo..Et 5 minutes à pied de la gare. Parfait pour celles et ceux qui voyagent en train.

Cons:

Petite chambre avec baignoire. On aurait préféré une douche...entretien moyen, rideaux avec trace de brûlure de cigarette, prise electrique murale qui ne tient pas.

Hôtel de charme au cœur de la ville
Pros:

L’établissement est idéalement situé au cœur de Florence.
Le petit déjeuner est très complet avec des produits frais et variés.
La décoration est soignée et les chambres vraiment confortables.
Il n’y a rien à dire, à part merci pour l’accueil.
