I’m not a complainer and don’t expect perfection, so it was good.

No access to ice or refrigeration. TV had option to switch language but did not switch as requested by this user.

L’hôtel est très beau et bien placé.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très joliment rénové, la chambre était très belle et l’emplacement était très bien pour aller a un concert au stade de France mais aussi pour se rendre dans le centre de Paris. C’est aussi proche du canal st-martin et de plusieurs cafés et restaurants très chouettes.

Cons:

Problème, nous avons choisi cet hôtel car nous avions vu qu’il disposait de clim, nous nous sommes retrouvés au dernier étage sous les toits, la clim était dysfonctionnelle, il faisait extrêmement chaud. Malgré nos 2 demandes, nous n’avons pas eu de ventilateur ou de clim en plus dans notre chambre. L’autre problème étant que l’on avait mit le panneau « ne pas déranger », car nous ne voulons pas que notre chambre soit rangée sans notre accord, nous sommes rentrés le premier soir et la chambre avait été rangée malgré le « ne pas déranger » idem pour le lendemain… donc ne mettez pas cette possibilité si dans tous les cas on vient nettoyer notre chambre.

A really wonderful solo break, in a gorgeous location!
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, clean and in an excellent location - really near the Canal St-Martin. My only (tiny) quibble, was that my room was on the top floor with a sloping roof, which made it feel a little more cramped. It was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed in it, but if there had been two of us staying it might have been tight.
When I arrived the tap in the bathroom basin wasn't attached properly, and by the time I came back the next evening, it had been fixed: amazing!

Would not stay again
Pros:

Location was excellent.
Air conditioning was good enough.

Cons:

No WiFi in the room only reception and not good there!
No facility to make tea or coffee.
Poor communication as could not get back in after dinner out.

Quel désastre!
Pros:

L'emplacement est intéressant, l'hôtel présente bien (mais seulement de l'extérieur).

Cons:

A deux reprises, au milieu de la nuit, l'alarme de l'hôtel a sonné, obligeant tous les occupants (en pyjamas) à se précipiter dans le hall d'entrée...pour rien car c'était une fausse alerte. En outre, l'employé de la nuit était incapable de stopper l'alarme, il a dû appeler quelqu'un à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Donc sur trois nuits passées dans cet hôtel, deux ont été interrompues par une alarme. C'est sidérant! Si l'hôtelier avait un peu de décence, il m'offrirait une nuit gratuite.
