We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. Excellent hospitality and a wonderful stay

Cons:

I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had at the swimming pool during my stay.

While I was at the pool with my wife, a group of guests entered the pool area and behaved in an inappropriate and inconsiderate manner. They did not maintain proper pool etiquette, which disturbed the peaceful environment and affected our enjoyment of the facility.

I believe that all guests should be encouraged to follow basic standards of conduct so that everyone can enjoy the amenities comfortably and safely. I would appreciate it if appropriate measures could be taken to ensure better supervision and adherence to pool rules in the future.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and always willing to help with anything we needed.
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and other shops within walking distance, making it very easy to get around without needing transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Cons:

Skulle vara bra om de har buffe till frukost och lite mer internationellt frukost. De har bara filipino till frukosten. Tänk om min man som är Europeiska ska vara med nästa gång som äter inte filipino frukost då är det problem att bo den här hotellet.

It was terrible. I guess this will be my last of booking into the property. It was really dissapointing!
Pros:

I like the location, the staff are kinda friendly.

Cons:

The rooms are so outdated, the room that we are in is terrible, the air condition doesn’t work well, we had to request an electric fan just to stay cool and have some air ventilation.

I would to stay again next time but I hope the rooms that didn’t have a WiFi connection hope will fix it.
Pros:

I like the property and location, the staff are friendly.

Cons:

One thing I didn’t like we don’t have any WiFi connection room 411, we have to go to the lobby to get a wifi connection and don’t have any hot water shower.

Despite the negative comments, it's a good place to stay, convenient for the airport and good value
Pros:

Location, close to airport, swimming pool on the roof with cocktails, towels provided. Complimentary airport pick up and return.

Cons:

It is a bit shabby. Bathrooms could do with a good clean and some fittings need replacement. And one of the sheets had a darning repair! Reception staff need to get the check in done quicker, and do they really have to have a 500 peso deposit in case we trash the room? We are in our 70's and quite well behaved nearly all the time!

Pros:

They renovated the place.
Now they have a hand shower in the toilet.

Cons:

The WiFi inside the room was under maintenance and wasn't strong enough to send or receive messages, but they said soon it will get fixed.
