Pros:

Schöne Suite, gut gelöste Raumaufteilung. Der Balkon war wunderbar. Und wenn morgens die Sonne reinscheint und man sich unkompliziert einen Kaffee machen kann ist es herrlich. Personal reizend und hilfsbereit. Und man kann die Fenster öffnen. Nicht wie in den großen Hotelketten...

Cons:

Ich wüßte auch nicht wie man es anders lösen könnte und man findet es ja häufig so dass Spa und Pool im Keller sind. Es war alles tadellos aber eben im Keller.

staff all very friendly and welcoming, not least remembering we had previously visited, special mention made to Dudu and Paul in the restaurant

Cons:

closure of restaurant one evening not well publicised though bar meals were available; standard of these bar meals good but not as good as the restaurant!

A beautiful and tranquil hotel that provided the perfect start to our Romanian holiday.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay. The room was beautiful, spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. The hotel felt peaceful and private while still being only a short Bolt ride from anywhere we wanted to visit in Bucharest. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, including the pool and sauna, and the elegant bar and lounge areas provided wonderful places to relax after a day exploring the city.

Cons:

There was very little to fault during our stay. If anything, we would have loved to stay longer and make more use of the beautiful facilities and peaceful surroundings.

I would happily return.
Pros:

Huge Rooms
Pros:

Room size was fantastic and how friendly and helpful staff were !
Specially the valet person Edward I believe he was very helpful and fast everytime.

The restaurant is highly recommended ! A true Michelin dishes.

Cons:

I got a back side room all windows overlooking a wall on another building with TV Satelite equipments no view at all ! You have to look high up to see the sky .
Later I was offered a room with insanely tiny window barely any natural light on the 5th floor.
The hotel located in a very narrow street between buildings in a very small residential area nothing like chateau feeling at all.
