Always exceptional, but a few loose ends this time.
Pros:

We consider this to be our favorite place to stay in Bucharest. The staff is always professional and accommodating. The restaurant can always be counted on for an outstanding meal. The area is relatively quiet, but convenient to many attractions.

Cons:

We made arrangements to reserve a room for the night before, since we were arriving early in the morning. The room for our son and his family hadn't been used recently and apparently was not checked thoroughly before we arrived. They have young child and there was built up iron that turned the bathwater red. The problem was corrected, but we never received an apology from the manager. Also, we were offered an upgrade that seemed to be in the interest of the hotel and were surprised to be charged for it, although the charge was reverse when we noticed it.

Great stay
Pros:

Great large room very beautiful and interesting view nice Balkony with beautiful tree beside the balkony. very friendly stuff and very good food in the Restaurant! The whole surrounding and the streets near the hotel are very historic and interesting my daughter and | liked it very much
