I’d requested a room on top floor far away from elevators. Ended up close to the elevator, right beside ice machine and the laundry room. Every time they had the dryer(?) going my room was vibrating l

I was a miss this time.
Pros:

It was convenient for what we were there for.

Cons:

We didnt like having to choose between a room beside the ice machine and a handicapped room, we chose the latter. The bed was worn out and needs a new mattress, the room was right beside the lobby so it was noisy. We couldn't shut off the air conditioning and had to unplug it, the bathroom sink didnt drain probably. We were glad we only spent one night. Being that I reserved the room a couple weeks prior to our stay, I'm not sure why we got the short end of the stick for rooms and no discount. The front desk attendant was very nice and polite but his accent was extremely hard to understand.
