Biz booking üzerinden bir rezervasyon yaptık. Otele gittik, lobideki beyefendi bize nakit ödeme yapmamızın daha iyi olacağını söyledi. Biz de zaten booking üzerinden ödeme yapacağımızı söyledik. O da booking’teki rezervasyonu iptal etmemizi istedi. Neden diye sorduk bir şeyler geveledi. Tam da anlayamadık. Booking üzerinden 166 euro tutuyordu, ‘nakit 150 euro ödeyin ben size indirim yapıyorum.’ dedi. Tam anlayamadık, hem çok yorgunduk hem de yanıtları çok yuvarlaktı. Odaya çıktıktan sonra booking’i devre dışı bıraktığını anladık. Daha önce böyle bir şeyle karşılaşmamıştık. Kendisinden hiçbir indirim talebiniz ya da nakit ödeme talebimiz olmadı. Aksine nakitimiz yok dedik, ‘ileride atm var gidip, çekin oradan’ dedi. Tüm nakit paramızı ona verdik, bozuk paralar dahil. Otelden çıkarken de kendisinden ödeme yaptığıma dair resmi bir dekont istedim ama öyle bir şey veremem dedi. Israr ettim ama bana elle bir şeyler doldurabileceğini ama resmi bir geçerliliği olmayacağını söyledi. Yani bildiğiniz vergi kaçırıyor, booking üzerinden de müşteri çekip, booking’i devre dışı bırakıyor. Aynı şikayeti yetkili merciilere de bildireceğim. Otelin durumuna gelince; çok eski, içeri girdiğiniz anda inanılmaz bir rutubet kokusu var. Banyo ve tuvaleti pis. Yastıkları konforsuz. Perdeler leş gibi. Sıvı sabun ve duş jeli suyla sulandırılmış. Zaten yaptıkları sahtekarlık bir daha oraya gitmemek için en önemli sebep. Bir daha asla gitmem.
