الموظفون متعاونون والموقع جيد ولكن الخدمات الخمسة التي ذكرتها يجب اصلاحها ليعود فندق حمدان ممتازاً

قربه من مركز المدينه

Cons:

اولاً : الماء الساخن كان لونه يميل الى الاحمرار مما يدل على ان السخان المائي لم يستبدل منذ سنوات اما الماء البارد فكان جيداً
ثانياً : الصاله الرياضيه كانت اجهزة الجري قديمه وليست فعاله
ثالثاً : الفوط في الصاله الرياضيه قديمه
رابعاً : لاتوجد مكواة لكوي الملابس
خامساً : والاهم ان فوط الصاله الرياضيه متهالكة وبالية وقديمه

Extremely poor service and broken amenities that were never addressed.

Poor value for money. Nothing about the experience met expectations, and I would not recommend staying here. the air conditioning was freezing cold and could not be controlled because the thermostat was completely broken."

Cons:

Room service was very poor. We had to repeatedly ask for basic essentials like toothpaste, drinking water, and slippers, which were even provided in branding from a different hotel (Ramada). Additionally, when we requested laundry bags, we were only given one. Additionally, the room maintenance was terrible: the bathroom washbasin and towel holder were loose and coming off the wall, and the shower was broken. The TV was completely out of order, and despite multiple complaints, no technician or staff member ever came to fix it.

- air condition wasn't cold (fan feeling), called the technician and he said yes there is an issue but sorry i can't do anything.. Called the reception but no action (forced to stay 6 days with this issue).
- room wasn't clean (Nuts everywhere).
- cracked wallpaper.
- no bathroom ventilation fan.
- useless Tv in the living room.

Pros:

Everything was good. They are trying the best to maintain the cleanliness. In our room bathroom exhaust was not working properly so it was little uncomfortable. But everything except it was exceptional.

Pros:

الغرف حلوه واسعه لكن لو يكون فيه ستارة عند المدخل عشان ما تكشف الغرفة كامل وقت قدوم الموظف

Cons:

الفطور كان ممل يومياً نفس الأكل وكلها أشياء معلبه وجاهزة والخبز والكيك كلها جاهزه من المخابز مافيه اي اكل مطبوخ فالفندق غير الحمسات وكلها هنديه.
وما كان فيه شبشب ولا ادوات نظافه شخصيه غير متوفره موقع الفندق فقط يشفع لهالنقاط السلبيه.
