The place is very nice, the room is very spacious and the facilities are fine.

The toilet mechanism was faulty and the parking space was very limited. Getting out of the car was a challenge for a big person.

Das Personal war am Telefon freundlich und hat Dinge, wie z.B. Parkplätze zugesichert. Dann aber nicht eingehalten.

Cons:

Man wird dort nur verarscht und es wird damit entschuldigt, daß Hotel erst übernommen zu haben. Also bis jetzt habe ich noch nie meine Fernbedienung unterm Bett gefunden und hatte noch Gummibärchen vom Vormieter. Und bevor ich einen defekten Tischkühlschrank hinstelle, lass ich es lieber ganz sein. Die komplette Website stimmt nicht....ich erwähne nur schallisoliert.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption. Hotel mit shabby chic.
Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber.
Gutes Frühstück mit frischen Zutaten.
Zentrale Lage am Kurpark und an der Fußgängerzone. Parkhaus in der Nähe.

Das Bett war durchgelegen.

Convenient location and flexible staff
Pros:

Good value for money and excellent location.

Cons:

If you are driving and can secure a parking place (they have two slots) is great. I did and the staff was kind enough to allow me to leave my car for an extra hour. Good breakfast too. Room was comfortable and clean. For a hotel in a protected building they’ve done a good job providing good comfort at a good price.
