Pros:

Instalações, localização e café da manhã

Cons:

Academia com apenas um aparelho de musculação o que restringe muito o treinamento, pois além de não dá pra malhar todos os músculos, ainda temos que revezar com mais de uma pessoa o mesmo aparelho, pois só tem um único aparelho.
Na realidade não dá nem pra dizer que tem academia.

Tive problemas com a regulagem do ar condicionado, que fixou a temperatura em 29 graus (so me dei conta no meio da madrugada, quando acordei suado)

Cons:

O chuveiro é péssimo, o pior que já vi. O colchão esta velho. Além disso, pedi cama de casal e me deram duas de solteiro unidas, não sendo possível dormir no meio da cama.

Boa opção para Vitória
Pros:

A localização vale a pena! Da para ir a pé ao Shopping Vitória e quiosques da Curva da Jurema. Ficamos no 17. andar, com vista linda da 3a. Ponte e do convento da Penha em Vila Velha.
Cama bastante confortável, quarto amplo.
Funcionários atenciosos.
Estrutura de piscina, sauna e academia bem legais.
Fica em frente à praça do Papa, de onde da pra pegar o aquaviário até Vila Velha e assim ter uma visão diferente da Ponte e do continente.

Cons:

Os móveis do quarto ja precisando de uma renovada.
Café da manhã básico para um 4 estrelas. Cumpre o papel mas não surpreende.
