Pros:

Close to the pedestrian street, good restaurants, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Zack at the front desk was very helpful and made our middle of the night check in super quick and smooth.

Cons:

The interior is a bit dated, swimming pool as well.

Very good location in city centre close to Nanjing road with great view at Bund. Very welcoming staff who speak English. They assisted me with every request. Big thanks to Brano in particular for being so helpful and responsive

eigentlich perfekt.
Pros:

War ein entspannter angenehmer Aufenthalt. Aussicht vom Zimmer grandios, Frühstück top, sowas kostet halt ein bisschen mehr, allerdings hätte ich dann auch den Service in der zugebuchten Lounge gerne über die späten Nachmittagsstunden hinaus genutzt.

Convenient location
Pros:

Smooth check in with Grace Song and Chuck managing the check in. Was very gracious and helpful throughout the process.
Lounge access boasts of beautiful Shanghai skyline. However, the food and drink here is nothing to shout about. Breakfast was very very busy and while the hotel staff tried their best, it was not a great experience.

However, staff like Grace and Chuck made our stay very memorable.

تعامل الموظفين ماعجبني بإستثناء Brano .. وياليت ماتوعدون الضيوف بهدايا ولا تقدمونها لأن أمر محبط وسلبي ومايمثل سلسلة فنا

أحب أشكر الموظف Brano علمني على تفعيل الأنترنت بكل سهولة وبوقت قصير لأنها ماكانت تشتغل عندي وقف كل شيء لما وصلت الصين .. وكنت متوترة جداً وهو علمني كيف أفعلها بثواني الله يسعده يارب .. وعلمني شلون أطلب تاكسي من تطبيق WeChat
الغرفة نظيفة بس الحمام مو نظيف المرحاض خاصة ..

وقت تسجيل الدخول كان فيه عمليات صيانة مزعجة جداً لأفتتاح مطعم جديد حسب كلام الموظف اللي قابلنـي أخذ وقت طويل بتسجيل الدخول ولما دخلت غرفتي كان فيها مشكلة بدورة المياة ورجعت له أطلب تغيير الغرفة ورفض وماصدقني أنه فيه مشكلة أرسل موظف للغرفة للتأكد وطلع فعلاً فيه مشكلة .. وغير الغرفة بعد تعب ووقت طويل جدًا وعمليات تحقق وغير أزعاج الصيانة وصوت الدريل مزعج عندهم بدون أي اعتذار .. وطلبت منه يفتح لي wi-fi خلال انتظاري ورفض قال لازم تسجيل دخول أول .. تعامل مايليق بماريوت .. ووعدني بهدية بفواكة بغرفتي وكم مره أبلغهم انها ماوصلت ويتجاهلون الموضوع .. دام مايبون يعوضوني عن تسجيل الدخول السيئ مو لازم يوعدوني باشياء وهمية وهذأ التعامل أول مره أشوفة بماريوت .. لا توعدون الضيوف بشيء لستم قادرين عليه أو لاترغبون باعطائه .. وعطوني مبدالية صغيرة وتركتها بالغرفة لهم لانها فعلاً ماتعني شيء على التعامل السيئ والتجاهل ..

Amazing stay- Clean & comfortable stay for my family holiday.
Pros:

It is very clean, comfortable and my family really enjoyed our stay. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable to sleep, toilets is very clean and spacious. Very good location - it is located near Nanjing road, there is many shops nearby like family mart, coffee plc, bubble tea and the roads leading to hotel is not too busy if you use Didi as daily commute which ease the daily pick up/drop off. Pleasant stay & I will definitely come back here.

Cons:

It would be so much better if there was a bidet spray in the toilets.
