I had a wonderful stay at Shanghai Marriott. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.

A special thank you to Daisy at the reception. She was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. Her warm attitude and willingness to help made a great first impression and truly enhanced my experience.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and cleaned to a very high standard. Everything was well organized, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable.

Great Services and location
Pros:

Amazing service from the staff especially KOI in the reception. Also, compliment to the staff carrying our suitcases to the taxi, Jason, Aiden and Phil. Great location, very close to the city centre.
