Pros:

The staff was kind and helpful and location was convenient. It was close to the metro station, cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Our room was small and the carpet on the floor was old and not clean. The paint on the wall was peeling and the bath tub and bathroom sink were chipped.

L'aspetto positivo: la posizione, servita bene dai mezzi pubblici.

Cons:

La serratura della nostra camera non era perfettamente funzionante. Il penultimo giorno sono entrati in camera per riordinarla e non si sono assicurati, uscendo dalla camera, che la porta fosse correttamente chiusa. La sera al nostro rientro abbiamo trovato la porta aperta. Ho fatto prontamente la mia segnalazione in reception senza alcun tipo di reazione. Aggiungo inoltre che anche qualche altro ospite ha avuto lo stesso nostro problema, nella recensione non è indicato il piano della camera, quindi non ho idea se la camera fosse la stessa. La nostra era al primo piano. La camera è piccola per il soggiorno di 3 adulti (io, mio marito, mia figlia di 20 anni), andrebbe ammodernata e con qualche intervento di pulizia.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms
Pros:

The location is excellent - really close to metro stations, restaurants, shops, and groceries. It is in walking distance of the cute shops in le Marais.
Breakfast was really good. I would not say varied, and us being from Eastern Europe, we missed some fresh vegetables with the cold cuts and cheese. But there was fresh baguette and pastries each morning, and the coffee was excellent.
The rooms were sufficiently spacious. There was a kettle, a minibar (ours did not keep cold, but the one from my parents' room was OK), and ample storage space.
The staff was very kind and helpful. One morning we had an early start, before breakfast was officially open, and they were kind enough to let us have some sandwiches and coffee to go.

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning, we had a relly good time.

Pros:

Tava tudo super ok. pertinho de estações. super arrumado. Guardaram nossas malas depois do nosso checkout. Tinha ar condicionado

Cons:

Ficar no Marais foi super recomendado mas nao acho que seja tão legal pra quem vai por pouquinho tempo e com foco nos principais pontos. Acaba ficando meio longe embora tenha estação pertinho. (mas isso foi um erro meu mesmo haha)

Lovely hotel with good transport links to the city centre
Pros:

Located near 2 Metro stations so good access to transport links to get around the city. Lots of lovely bakeries where we got breakfast when we didn't want to eat at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Toilet roll holder was too far away in the bathroom, it was on the other side of window alongside the toilet.
