Amazing staff who were so cheerful, pleasant , attentive and helpful.
Pros:

Wonderful location. Quiet street, beautiful hidden garden retreat at the back of the property. Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

Bit warm in the rooms, understand they are working on new air conditioning.

Cons:

While there was a control panel for air conditioning in the room it was not working and I was advised that it has been broken for some time. The room was extremely hot, unbearable to be exact. The staff brought a fan, but that only moved the hot air around and did not provide any relief. I hardly slept for the two nights I was there and deeply disappointed.

Pros:

We hebben genoten! We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en konden al zelfs ver voor inchecktijd de kamer in.
De kamer zelf is ruim en schoon met een super uitzicht op de gracht. De locatie aan de Keizergracht is geweldig, net op een rustig stukje met de Jordaan en Amsterdam Centraal op loopafstand. Wil je wat verder dat kan je makkelijk de tram pakken.

Nog extra complimenten aan het personeel! Iedereen is vriendelijk en heel enthousiast (dat zie je niet altijd in Amsterdam).

Artem bizimle çok ilgilendi, inanılmaz harika ve dost canlısı birisi.
Pros:

Her konuda harikaydı. Giriş anından itibaren(gece olmasına rağmen) otelin tarihini bile anlattılar.

Cons:

Ertesi gün akşam uçağımız olduğu için valimizi ve çantalarımızı güvenli bir şekilde sakladılae.

Ubicación muy buena con vistas al canal.
Hotel boutique pequeño en típica construcción holandesa, habitaciones adaptadas a los espacios de la casa, con escaleras. Camas muy cómodas. El personal sumamente cordial y amable. Rico desayuno en comedor muy acogedor.

Cons:

Al baño le falta extracción de aire.

Top of my favorite hotel list in Europe
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds-best night’s sleep I’ve had in Europe, entire staff was welcoming, gracious, and helpful. It just doesn’t get any better than Canal House.

Cons:

I only regret that I had just one night here.

Fantastic. I wouldn't stay anywhere else time the next time we're in Amsterdam.

Staff were great. They were vey welcoming.

Cons:

the location was fantastic. Unfortunately there was no view to speak of from our room but we didn't spend much time there so we really didn't miss it.
