What I disliked most about this property was the poor cleanliness standards, presence of bed bugs, and extremely uncomfortable stay. I was bitten by bugs throughout the night, which made it impossible to sleep properly. When I reported this issue to the receptionist, I was only told that they would “look into it,” with no real urgency, apology, or compensation offered for such a serious inconvenience. This experience was extremely disappointing and completely ruined my stay. I would not recommend this property unless they seriously improve their hygiene and customer service standards.

Wonderful location with water views and close to transport.
Pros:

Fabulous location with water views. Very clean and well appointed. Clear check-in process. Free city train right outside. Walkable to city centre and southern cross station.
