Habitué à cet hôtel depuis longtemps, j'ai toujours bénéficié de chambre double, agréable et bien équipé... cette fois ci, j'ai réservé une chambre simple (car c'était la seule option), et là, j'ai été très déçu par cette chambre... fenêtre donnant sur une cour exigüe et sans vue... une cour remplie des compresseurs d'air conditionné, donc bruyant et sans air... Je trouve étonnant qu'un établissement de cette qualité propose une chambre vraiment très très loin des standards de cet établissement... c'est dommage et dommageable pour leur réputation...
Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well (we were there during heatwave), neighborhood (facing a park) was very quiet. Very friendly staff.

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I stayed at Gardette Park Hotel during my birthday trip, and the staff knew it was my birthday. After checkout, I realized I had forgotten a white Diptyque gift bag with perfume in room 305 — a birthday present.
At first, the hotel claimed they “couldn’t find anything,” even though I clearly explained where it was and asked them to check with housekeeping. Only after repeated messages and pressure did they suddenly admit they had found it the next day.
Since then, they have continued delaying the shipment for weeks, giving vague responses like “this week anyway,” without sending any tracking information or showing any urgency to return my belongings.
It is extremely upsetting that on my birthday trip, my gift disappeared after room cleaning, and the hotel handled the situation with dishonesty, poor communication, and zero professionalism. I had to chase them constantly just to get updates.
I would never trust this hotel or its staff with personal belongings again. Very disappointing experience and absolutely not the level of service anyone should expect from a hotel.
