Quiet, comfortable, friendly and a good base for exploring the nearby nature reserves.
Pros:

It is a quiet, comfortable retreat in the Hottentots mountains having easy access to the Jonkershoek reserve and the walkable mountain trails. The restaurant was good and the wine better. The staff were friendly, helpful and somewhat generous with the wine tasting.

Cons:

Although it does have a small swimming pool, it is unheated and the water was somewhat bracing. Guests who wish to spend the day sunning by the pool might be disappointed but that was not our purpose and, so, it was not really relevant to us.

Views for miles.
Pros:

This was our second time there. Beautiful location, with the colorful tree and wonderful view of the mountains around. Welcoming staff and complementary fruit, wine, beer and cold drinks in the fridge. Beautiful rooms with balcony. I enjoyed the lovely breakfast, overlooking the pool. Will definitely go again.

Will be back for sure. A must if you want to explore the local area, especially the wine farms!
Pros:

Incredible setting, quiet with views that are breathtaking. Easy to find and location is great for exploring both Franschoek and Stellenbosch

Cons:

Our room was very close to reception which is ok but sometimes felt a little less private

Pros:

Отличное место! Рядом много виноделен. Идеальный вид с террасы. Оч уютные комнаты. Хороший выбор завтрака. Приветственное вино при заселении.

Cons:

Брали несколько комнат на компанию друзей. С виллы ( которая дороже), вид оказался несколько хуже, чем со стандартной комнаты с террасой. Вид на Долину закрывало частично другое здание. Думаю, что стоит сделать подогреваемый бассейн. Берите такси Uber для езды по окрестностям - трансфер в отеле в 2 раза дороже такси.
