Great location of a classical hotel with a feel of beginning of 1909

Cons:

Hotel had decided to skip daily cleaning routine
Without properly informing us before. We as guest had to tell that we wanted daily cleaning of our room, otherwise it didn’t happen. Strange service signal, not really what you expect from a 4- star hotel….

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Reception was very friendly. We got our motorcycles to secure place. Good breakfast. Situated in the heart of this beautiful city. Big thanks.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt mit sehr unfreundlichen Herrn an der Rezeption

Cons:

Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich.
Wir hatten große Probleme mit dem schwedischen Parksystem. Statt das er uns Hilfe angeboten hätte indem er für uns ein Telefonat auf Schwedisch gemacht hätte hat er einfach gesagt rufen sie selbst an und deshalb mussten wir eine saftige Strafe bezahlen
