Breakfasts were delicious and plenty… dinners equally great and well prepared…staff friendly and helpful! Rooms spacious and clean!! The pool was super!!!!The location is splendid and great for walks and hiking. The lake is beautiful. We would highly recommend

3 Heerlijke rustige dagen.
Pros:

Uitzicht op het meer, voldoende parkeergelegenheid , schone kamer.

Cons:

Het openbare toilet is aan een opknapbeurt toe.
In de douche ruimte miste ik iets om de zeep op te zetten.

Prachtige uitvalsbasis voor De Eifel
Pros:

Kwalitatief familiehotel. Uitstekende, ruime, schone kamers met mooi uitzicht en balkon. Goede, stevige bedden. Kleinere, maar nette badkamer met fijne douche. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Zeer vriendelijke bediening bij receptie en ontbijt. Restaurant is erg goed, met snelle en nette bediening. Voldoende eigen parkeerruimte (gratis).

Cons:

Ik kan eigenlijk maar één minpunt bedenken, maar da's wel een grotere: De twee (eenpersoons)bedden hebben ieder twee losse wieltjes, waardoor iedere beweging het bed laat schuiven, wat zeer irritant is. Vervang deze aub door pootjes of wieltjes met een rem! Dit is echt een smet op onze verder perfecte beleving in dit hotel -- heel jammer.

Perfekte Lage für unsere Bedürfnisse- Familienwochenende mit 12 Personen zwischen 6 und 85 - schöne, schlichte Zimmer ohne Schnickschnack, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Verpflegung, vielseitige Aktivitäten möglich!

Rustige locatie, ruime kamer maar de bediening in het restaurant kan beter.
Pros:

Bij de check-in deed de receptionist echt moeite om Nederlands te spreken. De kamer was ruim en proper. Het ontbijt was OK.

Cons:

De kamer lag aan de achterkant van het gebouw en aan het afzuigsysteem van de keuken met nogal een storend geluid.
Bij het opnemen van de keuzes voor het diner liep alles een beetje in het honderd. Meer dan een half uur moeten wachten voor we konden bestellen. Dan werden nog de saus en de sla vergeten die bij de bestelling hoorden... Maar al bij al was alles heel lekker.
