Pros:

우트레흐트 가기에 너무 좋은 위치임. 역 앞이라 바로 기차타면 됨. 도심에 차 끌고 들어가기 어려울때 여기서 숙박하고 가기 좋았음. 맥도날드가 앞에있음.

Schlecht und Inkompetent

Die Lage und das Frühstück

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dreckig und staubig. Für eine Suite in der Preislage (913€ für zwei Nächte inkl. Frühstück) eine absolute Frechheit! Wir haben dreimal darum gebeten das Zimmer vernünftig zu reinigen. Nichts ist passiert! Nach der angeblichen Reinigung stand noch der versprühte Raumduft auf dem Tisch. Es sollte wirken als wurde geputzt. Leider war es genauso dreckig wie vorher. Das Bett ist durchgelegen, die Seifenspender funktionierten in der Dusche alle samt nicht. Interieur ist abgenutzt und teils defekt. Wir haben einen Preisnachlass von 25% bekommen, was bei dieser Sachlage allerdings auch nicht zufriedenstellend ist. Das schlimmste ist einfach das alles staubig und schmutzig ist. Ekelhaft!
Der Spa Bereich ist ebenfalls dreckig. Dort stehen 4 abgenutzte Liegen und im Wasser schwimmen eine Menge Fussel o.ä. herum.

Het meest indrukwekkende in het van der Valk hotel was voor ons het ontbijtbuffet. Alles werd met veel zorg en oog voor detail voorbereid. Fantastisch.
Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en opmerkzaam.
De kamer was zeer schoon, met goede bedden

Cons:

Wij hadden een kamer met 3 zussen. De indeling douche, toilet en wastafel zag er erg mooi uit, maar vonden wij erg onpraktisch. In het toilet geen afvalemmer, minpuntje. Dan de wastafel open richting slaapkamer, sorry, daar zou wat meer privacy prettig zijn.
's Avonds ging het lampje bij het toilet automatisch aan, als er iemand naar het toilet ging. Hopla, dan is de rest ook weer wakker geworden, ook niet echt aangenaam.
En, als er gedoucht werd, stond degene bij de wastafel naderhand met natte voeten, omdat het water onder de glasdeur door kwam. Hier is verbeteringspotentiaal aanwezig
