Cons:

Muffe stank in kamer veroorzaakte ademhalings problemen. Hygiëne: onzuiver en bevlekt bedlinnen en vast tapijt. WC en bad vies en niet gepoetst. Jaloezie stuk, geen draden om ze op te trekken, bewust om de onzuiverheden te verdoezelen. Versleten matrassen waar de veren uitsteken. Warm water druppelsgewijs, douchen onmogelijk. Geen personeel bereikbaar. Buiten een kasteel, binnen een onderkomen krot!

Un palacio en un bosque encantado
Pros:

Tuvimos un malentendido, pero realmente se esforzaron por arreglar las cosas y hacer nuestra estancia muy agradable, y eso se agradece. El trato humano del director es algo digno de resaltar.

De locatie is prima en het ontbijt ook. Het vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Handdoeken vol met haren, bedden veren door, geen eet mogelijkheid en geen bar. Slechts een koelkast naast de receptie.

Kleine onderhouden zouden het verblijf van goed naar geweldig brengen. Prijs kwaliteit goed.
