Pros:

De restaurant en het entree en de binnenkomst zagen er fantastisch uit.
We werden enorm enthousiast onthaalt.

Cons:

Ons bed was verzakt. We hebben een melding gemaakt en ze hebben het toen gemaakt. Eenmaal terug in de kamer zagen we geen verbetering, maar de receptie was gesloten. De volgende morgen hoopte we iemand te spreken helaas was dit niet gelukt. We hebben via mail contact gehad. Voor ons is er helaas geen goed alternatief gevonden. En komen wij hier niet meer terug.

Ruime kamers in een mooi kader aan de rand van Aartselaar.
Pros:

Zeer ruime kamers en ruime badlamer ; voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Alles mooi proper. Goede bedden ( niet te zacht ).

Cons:

Een en beetje lawaai ( van andere kamers ) komt door via de luchtafvoer van de badkamer, maar dat is een kleinigheid ( en de betrokken overbuur reageerde correct wanneer ik hem dat meldde ).

Pros:

Heel ruime kamers, zeer riant, mooi wandelbos aan de achterzijde. Eten in de serre/buiten. Ontbijtbuffet was zeer verzorgd (kleine hoeveelheden die steeds werden aangevuld)

Cons:

Niets. Voorzijde was wel warm zijn in de zomer.!

Bad, unfortunate, not accommodating, expensive and simply not worth it.
Pros:

Nothing, no aircons, no coolers and very expensive in comparison to the hotels in the area.

Cons:

As a company we used the facilities frequently. There is no flexibility allowed to check out a night earlier. The rooms where extremely hot, there is no air conditioning or coolers. Its is the most expensive in the area, as a company we will no longer be using the hotel. The fridge in the room wasnt working and I had to drink hot water every time I stayed in the hotel. Paying more that £360 for 3 nights with no services is simply not acceptable. I personally spend more than 180 nights annually in hotels. I have a very good expectation of what is expected from a hotel at this rate.
I requested a refund for the night not being in the room and where told “we cannot afford a credit, you can have 1 free beer if you wish”!! Really???

My company and I will not stay at the hotel anymore
