Fantastic location. Old town at your doorstep, without being situated in the noisiest parts. Close to the lake too.

Excellent experience overall.
Pros:

Visiting with my two grandsons. This is hotel was a wonderful surprise. Greeted by pleasant staff, our room was well equipped for the three of us. Three beds, large washroom, well equipped and clean. On 5th floor there was no noise from the street. The restaurant served excellent buffet breakfast and evening dinners. Great location for walking to numerous restaurants and site seeing activities. Overall, great value and would definitely return on our next trip to Hanoi.
