All that you need
Pros:

The booking that I made was somehow not the one I was hoping for and the staff helped me go through it. Excellent reception, cleaning, buffet, restaurant, bar and concierge services. I highly recommend this hotel.

Better stay away from this hotel

Everything reception staff were absolutely not honest they didn’t tell the true we booked rooms we city view and received rooms with wall view. Take a very good look at the photos I uploaded before booking this hotel

Not a value for money
Pros:

Being in the heart of Old Quarters and near the Hoan Kiem lake, the location of the Hotel is fantastic.

Cons:

This is a five star hotel - i would expect them to provide at least two keys when there are two people staying in the room. The staff at the counter was rude and denied straight away. It was only after pursuasion that one room was given double key. I stayed in perhaps room no 1104....the room has electric kettle but no plug point to use it. The are just outside the hotel becomes notorious and indecent as night approached... "sex workers" approach and it becomes quite embarassing for the family.

Es un hotel muy cuidado, céntrico, con una buena atención al turista, y muy confortable.
La habitación es agradable y el desayuno es muy completo. El restaurante tiene unas vistas preciosas hacia el lago.

Pros:

The amazing customer service provided by Bora, truly made the experience memorable. She ways always responsive, made the whole stay easy and stress free. She went above and beyond to make my sisters birthday special and was extremely thoughtful and truly cared about our experience. The morning buffet was delicious with so much variety and choice. The staff also provided the best customer service and would go out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms was well kept, clean and well looked after daily.

Cons:

Nothing at all, I wish I had longer to stay!

Pros:

Nice staff, Very Central location, no noise in the room even though the hotel is centrally located

Cons:

Check in/ check out more smoothly, I had to come back 2 times because my card did not work. Overall, still very nice
