Hotel Experience
Pros:

The staff was extremely attentive to our every need and our room was perfect. The breakfast bar exceeded our expectations. The selection was plentiful and accommodating to every dietary need. Thanks to all of the care provided by everyone from the front to the back of the hotel as the service was exceptional. We will come back again.

Outstanding hospitality, breathtaking views, and the perfect place to stay in Hanoi.
Pros:

This is a fantastic hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter with one of the best rooftop views overlooking the city and Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were exceptional from start to finish. We had a midnight flight back to Sydney, and the team kindly arranged a late check-out, which made a huge difference to the end of our trip. Their customer service was genuinely outstanding and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning. We had a wonderful stay.

Amazing!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Starting from the arrival experience, everything was amazing. We only had a 2 night short stay, however it was expectional. We had a great check im by Andrew. Then we were suprised by a honeymoon cake from the team as well. The breakfast was the best! Our fav breakfast from the other 3 hotel we stayed during our trip in Vietnam. The bar is also a must to try. Overall, each and every people we had interraction were amazing (housekeeping, bell team, reception, restaurant, bar team). Its definetely a good choice for a short stay in Hanoi.

Cons:

As it is in the downtown, it can be a bit noisy, however they provide earplugs

Alles in Allem sehr gut.

Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und die Aussicht aus dem 12. Stockwerk herrlich! Auf der Dachterrasse im 13. Stock gibt es auch eine Bar. Bei dem Problem mit der Zimmerkategorie hat das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat auf meine Beschwerde sofort reagiert und ich bekam innerhalb 10 Minuten ein anderes Zimmer.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Ausblick zum See gebucht. Allerdings war dies de facto nicht der Fall. Das Zimmer war extremst klein mit Fenstern im oberen Bereich, d.h. man musste aufstehen und ans Fenster gehen, um einen Ausblick zu haben. Ich habe mich beschwert, denn dies entsprach den Preis in keiner Hinsicht. Daraufhin erhielt ich ein großes Zimmer mit Stadtblick und Balkon. Ich hatte einen Late-Check-Out gebucht bis 18.00 Uhr (regulärer Check-Out ist 12.00 Uhr) und dafür wurde der ganze Preis für eine Nacht berechnet, was ich für unangemessen halte.
