Buena experiencia, aunque esperaba más por el precio

Una buena opción para alojarse en Hanoi, con una ubicación conveniente, un ambiente agradable y un servicio correcto. El personal fue atento y la estancia resultó cómoda en general.

Sin embargo, creo que todavía le falta algo para estar realmente a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas. En particular, el tamaño de la habitación y, sobre todo, del baño, me parecieron algo reducidos para la categoría y el precio del hotel. La relación calidad-precio resulta menos competitiva cuando se compara con otros hoteles de Hanoi de categoría similar, donde por un precio parecido se pueden encontrar habitaciones más amplias y espacios más cuidados.

En definitiva, una estancia satisfactoria y un hotel recomendable, pero esperaba un poco más teniendo en cuenta su precio y su posicionamiento como hotel de 5 estrellas.
