Cons:

비가 많이 와서 침실이 침수됨
커튼까지 젖어서 매우 불쾌했고
새벽 6시부터 뚝딱거리는 소음이 1시간 이상 지속되어 숙면에 매우 방해가 됨

Highly recommend. Clean. Central. Extremely helpful staff.
Pros:

Having an assortment of wide range of breakfast items was KEY for surviving a long day of site seeing in Hanoi. The staff and service were friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel was central and easy to come and go.

Cons:

The staff was very accommodating to our late departure flight and were able to use the hotel spa or pool shower, however, it did not come stocked with basic shower gel/shampoo or towels. That was the only negative to a VERY enjoyable trip.

Pros:

Excellent location, lovely staff. At check in the street was pedestrian only for the weekend night market, the hotel sent someone to our taxi drop off point to direct us and help with our bags.

Petit déjeuner excellent. Beaucoup de choix, salle avec une vue magnifique et un personnel au petit soin.

Cons:

Check in brutal où l'on vous demande de payer immédiatement.
Restaurant du soir décevant en terme de qualité et d'accueil.
Chambre très bruyante. Ce qu'ils appellent "city view" n'est en fait qu'une proximité avec la rue, sans vue mais avec beaucoup de bruit jusque tard le soir.
