Tolle Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man läuft vom Bahnhof aus circa 10 Minuten, der Altmarkt ist um die Ecke und die Strassenbahn praktisch direkt vor dem Hotel. Frauenkirche, Zwinger, Residenz u.a. lassen sich prima zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, große Dusche und das Bett ist bequem.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen schon recht klein und es fehlt am Stauraum für das Gepäck. Die Kinder fanden das Schlafsofa auch nicht so bequem. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt geht es aber.

Es ist ein passables Hotel mit Verbesserungspotenzial nahe der beeindruckenden Altstadt.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage und die Freundlichkeit der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter hat uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider war das Badezimmer beim Bezug des Zimmers nicht sauber gereinigt und auf einem Bettbezug war ein größerer Fleck. Wir hätten uns in einem Familienzimmer auch über mehr als einen Garderobenhaken und etwas mehr Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten gefreut. Da nur ein Fenster zum Anklappen vorhanden ist, lässt sich das Zimmer nicht gut lüften.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, dass Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, aber die Qualität der Betten ist mittelmäßig.

Das Frühstück sehr gut und besser, als die den Preis erwartet.

Cons:

Das ausklappbare Sofa als Zustellbett war sehr hart.

Clean, comfortable and great location!
Pros:

Location was close to main train station and across the street from a tram station. Easy walking distance to local tourists spots and transportation stops. I ran in the mornings in the direction of Grosser Garten-- very nice. Breakfast was very good with nice variety. Breads and fruit were fresh. They have 2 superfast elevators!

Cons:

I had a 7th story room. I enjoyed the view but the roof line slanted in reducing the room size slightly.
