The warm staff welcome and room upgrade. The staff help with all my questions and needs. As a business woman travelling on my own it is nice to have the warm personal service.
The traffic noise is loud at times for sleeping. The price after 7 stays. Its good to get an upgrade.
I regularly stay here, and it’s always a great experience. Shama is a perfect place to stay with family—comfortable, clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall environment makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended for families!
No restaurant on the property. When it was Amari, there was a great restaurant here, but unfortunately, it has been closed for years.

The hotel was very good overall. The location was especially convenient for us because it is very close to the hospital. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. Their excellent service and hospitality made our stay comfortable and pleasant.
The main downside is that the hotel is quite far from Bangkok city center and the main attractions. Also, the hotel is a little old and would benefit from some renovation and modernization. However, these points did not affect the good service we received from the staff.

I liked that it is so close to Bangkok Hospital. There is also a nail salon and a hair salon and a restaurant connected to the hotel.
The guests at the floor we stayed in were a large family with several children running up and down the corridor past midnight that affected our sleep. The hotel staff were very nice, though, when I complained about the noise and moved us to an upper floor where we could finally have peace and quiet.

The staff are always lovely and the upgrade.
There are always problems with the wifi. Poor connection and my VPN does not work there but does in other Bangkok hotels. The tech guy is nice but not experienced. .
