おもてなしはホテルスタッフとの会話から始まった
Pros:

スタッフがとても良い。フロントは優しい。10階のガスライトは景色が素晴らしい。お料理もお酒も美味しい。遠くに行かなくてもホテルの中で会津の地酒が飲めて会津の美味しい朝ごはんが食べられる。ガスライトは夕飯の後に、ちょっとお酒を飲みに行けるのも良い。そして荷物にならないちょっとした気の利いたお土産が買えるようになったのがとても良い。お部屋のリネンは清潔だしベッドの寝心地も良い。お風呂に入浴剤(チェックイン時に選べる)を入れてリラックスして過ごせます。消臭スプレーがあります。昭和の懐かしい印象的なバスルーム。

Cons:

喫煙のお部屋しか予約の時にとれなかったので残念。喫煙のお部屋はタバコの匂いが残っています。昭和の頃のホテルの内装だなぁという感じで経年劣化が気になる人は気になるかもしれない。

朝食はとても良かったです
空気清浄機はありはGOODです
ワシントンホテルは老舗なので、それに応じた格式を維持して頂きたいです

空調が個別で調整ができないのは残念
お風呂は髪の毛があり、清掃が万全ではなかったとの印象
布団がかけ布団のみで追加でモーフなどあればいいのでは？

Pros:

Emplacement idéal au centre a 300 mètres de la gare
Personnel courtois et poli qui fait de son mieux

Cons:

Hôtel pas adapté au mieux à des touristes Internationaux :
- minorité très faible du personnel qui comprend l'anglais
- très peu d'informations disponibles dans le hall
- presque aucune chaine de TV internationale
- hôtel vieillissant identique a un premier séjour il y a plusieurs dizaines d'années
