Can’t recommend this place enough.
Pros:

From the moment we checked in here, the staff were courteous, very helpful, and friendly. They could not do enough to help you and actually took the time to sit down with you upon check in and help with your itinerary for Hoi An. The room was spacious, and absolutely spotless. One of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. Excellent AC. Beautiful, well maintained bathroom with a strong shower and bath. Location was perfect, about 15 minute walk or 5 minute grab to the old town. Free bicycles outside were a nice touch. Pool area was beautiful. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Vietnam, so much choice and everything felt so fresh.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Exceptional service from the entire staff! A special thanks to Ms. Dzung for being so kind, patient, and helpful with everything, from laundry to arranging tours. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. Highly recommend!

Cons:

It's about 15 minutes from the Old Town, which was a bit less ideal, but it didn't take away from our great experience at the hotel

L'hôtel est situé dans une zone très bruyante. Les chambres sont calmes, mais dès que l'on sort dehors, c'est un vrai vacarme!

Pros:

Alle waren sehr freundlich hilfsbereit, ich war sehr dankbar dass ich ohne Probleme für die zweite Nacht das Zimmer wechseln konnte, das Buffet beim Frühstück war sensationell.
Kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und ich werde wieder nach Hoi An kommen.

Toplocatie tussen Hoi An en strand in!
Pros:

Locatie tussen stadje en strand in, prima kamers, mooi zwembad. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt en fantastisch dat je de hele dag fietsen kunt lenen!

Cons:

Er werden irritant vaak bedjes bij het zwembad bezet gehouden met handdoeken zonder dat er iemand was, die zouden verwijderd kunnen worden door het personeel. De connecting room gaf vrij veel geluidsoverlast, er is toegezegd dat dat een verbeterpuntje wordt.

pool was very nice. room was specious. staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was okay.

that the opening times for breakfast on the weekend. i wish it was until 10:30 on sunday.

Loved this hotel
Pros:

Clean comfy beds with lovely quality sheets, great varied fresh breakfast buffet, friendly helpful staff.
Was a 10-15 min walk to old town or 5 mins in grab
Nice neighbourhood, had best massage on whole trip juat round corner at Aly garden spa - rec Vietnamese 90 min treatment.
Also booked cooking class via hotel with coconut boat trip snd this was great fun.
Pool great temp and could usually get a bed even though busy.
We had a corner room with a huge bathroom..lots of space in the toom for the three of us.
Whilst it was a little walk from town, we'd stay at this hotel again as has a really nice feel to it.

Best experience, amazing hotel and service
Pros:

Excellent facilities, generous rooms. Really clean and updated. I have been travelling across Vietnam and by far this hotel was the best. Service is exceptional. Western food available. If you are coming to Hoi An I would recommend to anyone to stay here.
