Exceptional staff, great location and price, highly recommend!!
Pros:

The service and staff were exceptional!! Incredibly helpful, informative, gave us great recommendations, remembered our drinks order when we were at the pool, so lovely. The location was great, a 5min bike ride to the old town and close to good cafes and salons. Will stay here again!!

Amazing stay with great comfort, service, and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The bed was huge and very comfortable, which helped me rest really well. I also really enjoyed the gym, the breakfast, and the overall service. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Everything was excellent.

Great location and the facilities and staff were second to none.
Pros:

Receptionist Dzung was extremely helpful and warming. She helped with arrangement for a surprise birthday. The staff at the hotel were also very polite and helpful.

距離會安古鎮不遠，走路散步舒服，飯店工作人員很親切。早餐美味，我們入住三天，早餐菜色也不同，如果想吃傳統美食，這裡早餐有很棒的選擇。牛肉河粉超棒👍🏻飯店泳池是享受的好選擇，在會安一定要留一天放空放鬆😎

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

La chambre triple est un peu petite pour trois mais avec 3 vrais lits. Le petit déjeuner est bon (sauf les viennoiseries) mais toujours le même. Le vrai plus c'est la belle piscine, à l'ombre l'après-midi ce qui est très appréciable. La salle de sport était bien. le personnel nous a réservé plusieurs excursions, dont l'ile de Cham (super), My son sanctuary (superbe) et Hoi An memories show( à faire)

Cons:

Nous avons dîner le premier soir au restaurant de l’hôtel, surement un des pires repas de notre séjour, à éviter.

Great hotel in Hoi An
Pros:

The location was good although it was a little walk to the old town. It was my birthday during the stay and they decorated the room beautifully. The bed was also ridiculously comfortable - we both slept so well!

It is a little far from the old town but easy enough to get a grab car or bike when you don't feel like walking.
