Hotel exceptionnel !! Magnifique ! Tout le personnel sans exception était parfait ! Établissement très propre ! Très bien aménagé! Tres calme. Piscine , salle de sport, vélos a disposition,restauration et surtout superbe petit déjeuner ! Et le délicieux thé de bien venue qui nous a été servi dès notre arrivée et qui nous a bien rafraîchi ! Notre chambre très spacieuse avec 1 salle de bain immense et 1 magnifique petit balcon ! Nous étions vraiment traités comme des rois ! Merci de tout cour a eux pour leur gentillesse et professionnalisme ! ( petit clin d'œil aux femmes de chambres qui nous ont fait 1 belle surprise quand nous avons récupérés notre chambre ! Merciiiii!

Excelente, un hotel maravilloso
Pros:

La habitación era muy grande, muy comoda, con todo lo necesario para los viajeros. El desayuno es muy bueno, muchas opciones, todo muy fresco.

Cons:

Estuvieron haciendo pruebas de incendios, que nos explicaron muy bien el motivo, pero fueron dos días y de manera muy repetitiva.

I had a wonderful stay at Hoi An Golden Elite Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my visit, which made the stay feel very comfortable and relaxed.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with a lovely small pool area that’s perfect for relaxing after exploring Hoi An. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the double balcony was a real highlight — plenty of space to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings.

Overall, a great hotel in Hoi An with friendly service, comfortable rooms and excellent value. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Pequeno almoço, almoço na piscina e o atendimento

Cons:

Bom hotel, serviços e pessoal. Limpo. Pode ser necessário apanhar grab para o centro old town, por causa do calor, mas é mesmo muito em conta. Recomendo este hotel

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, tanto si quieres ir al centro o a la playa. Además te dejan de manera gratuita bicicletas con luz, por si tienes que circular por la noche y con un candado para poder ir a cualquier sitio.
El desayuno era muy completo y variado.
En la piscina se estaba genial tenía tanto hamacas como camas.
Gimnasio con lo básico, pero suficiente para hacer algo de deporte durante las vacaciones.

People make a place and unfortunately they let this beautiful establishment down.
Pros:

The warm & informative welcome by the front desk. The movie selection in the room. The bicycles and the travel desk.
