Awesome hotel
Pros:

While travelling, we made a spontanous decision to spend the night somwhere on the way and found this awesome hotel. We chose it because it's located 20mins from Lake Constance (by car). The staff were very friendly, the mattress was super comfortable, breakfast had very good quality and our room was spotless!

Not a pleasant stay this time. Even though in the past it was good but now quality decreased

The staff this time was a bit confused and seems a bit unprofessional, not talking about the new junior but the lady who Was training the junior was a bit puzzled in whatever she was doing. She was welcoming but was not
Able to do proper scanning and printing of the documents, she was not able to easily give me access to the bicycle. Etc Also the room I was given there was no door on the bathroom the toilet was literally in your bedroom and the breakfast options were too limited.
