Pros:

Sehr grosses und sauberes Zimmer. Sehr gute schallisolierung der Fenster.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hatte es keinen Kleiderschrank. Beim Frühstücksbüffet gab es nur Weissbrot und Zopf. Das Meldeformular und viele Hinweise gab es nur in englischer Sprache und das in einem Hotel in der Deutschschweiz.

Für kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt
Pros:

Das Zimmer und und die Lage mit Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel sind super.
das Frühstück auch ausgewogen und mit frischen Zutaten.
Sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal gerade als Alleinreisende

Cons:

Es hat im Restaurantbereich ein Fumoir für Raucher. Der Rauch hat man leider auch am Abend im Restaurant gerochen und auch bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption war starker Zigarettenrauch zu riechen. Das hat mich etwas abgeschreckt und war nicht angenehm.
Am Frühstück um 7:00 war das Rührei schon ziemlich trocken. Da könnte man sicher noch etwas optimieren.
Und ja natürlich die Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer noch extra zu bezahlen fand ich schon einwenig befremdend für den Zimmerpreis.

Really lovely place
Pros:

Really liked the room, very spacious and bright and light. Really clean, good bathroom, one of the best places we stayed on our whole trip. Friendly staff, good breakfast too.

Cons:

I don't know if I'm mistaken, but I don't think there was aircon or if there was, I missed it! We didn't stay in high summer but it would have been necessary then.

Gutes Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang. Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Ich verstehe das Konzept nicht, dass es die teureren Suiten nur mit Blick auf die Haupstrasse gibt. Es war zwar nachts (bei geschlossenem Fenster) weitestgehends ruhig. Trotzdem müssten meiner Meinung nach die teureren Zimmer auch die ruhigsten im Hotel sein. Das Zimmer schien zwar sauber zu sein. Aber ich habe noch nie in einem Hotel so katasrophal gereingte Badezimmetspiegel gesehen. Schade für den Gesamteindruck! Es hintetlässt dann doch Zweifel...

Pros:

Plenty of space in a family suite, good air conditioner that doesn't blow right in your face.

Cons:

Just a couple of minor things. Breakfast was a bit limited, probably because of reduced amount of visitors. And it would be nice to have 1-2 towels holder close to the place where they need, not in toilet area or deep under the sink.

Awesome hotel
Pros:

While travelling, we made a spontanous decision to spend the night somwhere on the way and found this awesome hotel. We chose it because it's located 20mins from Lake Constance (by car). The staff were very friendly, the mattress was super comfortable, breakfast had very good quality and our room was spotless!

Not a pleasant stay this time. Even though in the past it was good but now quality decreased

Cons:

The staff this time was a bit confused and seems a bit unprofessional, not talking about the new junior but the lady who Was training the junior was a bit puzzled in whatever she was doing. She was welcoming but was not
Able to do proper scanning and printing of the documents, she was not able to easily give me access to the bicycle. Etc Also the room I was given there was no door on the bathroom the toilet was literally in your bedroom and the breakfast options were too limited.
