Disappointing!!!
Pros:

Property was fine but I had items drying in the room. They were taken. When the staff was questioned they said that I had thrown my clothing in the trash can and they “threw” them out. Really? So disappointing. If you stay here make sure to lock your things.

Pros:

Bel hôtel au bord de l'océan. Chambre confortable et bonne literie.
Excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable.
Promenade devant l'hôtel pour se rendre à pied dans le centre et bon restaurant à proximité (Delman).

Schöner Aufenthalt auf Terceira
Pros:

Modernes, sauberes Hotel, schöner Pool, günstige Lage. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgte öfters erst gegen 17:00 Uhr. Kein Kosmetikspiegel im Badezimmer.

O pequeno almoço muito bom, Excelente localização. com um belo acesso à praia pela marginal a pé, sem necessitar de carro. Uma maravilha poder disfrutar de piscina, jacuzzi sauna e até ginásio tudo ao lado...

Cons:

A indelicadeza de hospedes a chegar tarde à noite e a não respeitar o descanso dos outros, mas isso não se pode controlar infelizmente

Un séjour relaxant et magnifique sur une île magnifique. Et les extraordinaires Açoriens !
Pros:

Un hôtel élégant en bord de mer. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues, tout comme l'hôtel dans son ensemble. Le personnel est très poli et sympathique.

Pros:

De bedden zijn comfortabel

Cons:

Hotel ligt aan de zee maar ook aan drukke weg voor kamer aan de achterkant (zicht op bergen) Zwembad ziet er niet echt fris uit. Locatie wat uit verder uit t centrum en iets gedateerd.

Pequeno almoço bastante bom, piscina e jacuzzi muito bons, cama grande, tudo muito limpo, vista espetacular, staff simpático e atencioso

Der Pool war sehr schön, das Bett riesig und sehr bequem! Das Klimagerät hat wunderbar funktioniert!Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage (Promenade direkt unter dem Hotel) und der Ausblick sind fabelhaft - traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge. Ein kleiner Spielplatz war für unsere Tochter das Highlight nach dem Frühstück.
