A short but enjoyable stay
Pros:

Room was lovely, bed comfortable. We had to cut short our break due to daughter being called into hospital for heart surgery at short notice. Staff were very understanding and with managers permission we were able to cancel 2 of our nights .

Comfortable and enjoyable, with excellent staff and accommodation.
Pros:

The breakfast was all we could wish for, and the kitchen staff even cooked my daughter's breakfast separately so it didn't come into contact with mushrooms. They also presented her with a mini birthday cake for her birthday! All the staff were wonderful - friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean, and well decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. All in all a really lovely stay :-)

Pleasant and would use again but would hope for better food.
Pros:

Room, Staff, View.

Cons:

Breakfast was dry and over cooked, After asking for poached eggs i was told 5 mins. I received two rock hard eggs 20 minutes later once my dry overcooked breakfast had gone cold. Not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Another great stay. Useful location if travelling on Poole ferries.
Pros:

Second stay within the week, as a stopover to and from Jersey using the Poole ferry. This time with breakfast. Had upgraded room with river view, splendid. Breakfast was good. Staff again excellent.

Cons:

Would prefer a stand up shower.

The location was very good for us as we have family in ferndown. And have stayed at the bridge quite a few times now .

Beautiful Surroundings Hotel
Pros:

Spotlessly clean in rooms and public areas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great views of the river and local wildlife. Good food and drink at a reasonable price. One small area to improve on your coffee is not great.
