Accommodating, Polite & attentive Staff
Pros:

Sammy in Reception was very helpful and upgraded our room so that we were nearer the stairs
The room was light, airy and spacious overlooking the river

We had dinner in the Restaurant and all the staff were very pleasant and accommodating
Breakfast also very good

Cons:

Can't think of anything negative

Nice enough hotel but excessive cost for the fairly basic amenities for a single night's stay.
Pros:

It was a pleasant enough hotel. Breakfast good. Bed comfortable. Room basic but clean. Terrace was lovely for breakfast outside looking over the river.

Cons:

Check in was very confusing and long winded with the night porter. I was expecting a lot more luxury for the price we paid. And had to pay extra for breakfast.

Great location on the river
Pros:

The location was close to a wedding that i was attending. Being right on the river was an added bonus especially with the nice weather and being able to sit out on the decking for breakfast. I also liked there was a suitable size car park that was gated at night.

Cons:

Nothing, only there for 1 night and it had everything I needed.

Couldn’t use the bath/shower as I couldn’t get in it, as I have trouble with mobility.
