Amazing property!
Pros:

Amazing place. Variety of pools with different temperatures in addition to a main swimming pool.
Very nice rooms with private ponds- a great spot for watching birds.
Delicious breakfast. Great location

Cons:

Nothing - we really liked it! I regret we only stayed one night…

Belle chambre spacieuse et propre.
L'expérience du spa en pleine nature est une expérience mémorable que je recommande vivement.
La gentillesse du personnel était très apprécié.
J'y retournerai les yeux fermés ! Merci!

Cons:

Le Wifi et la télévision ne fonctionne plus dès tôt en soirée, comme dans la plupart des hôtels.
Ce qui rend les échanges avec nos familles difficiles lorsque nous venons de très loin.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Luna. The rooms are large and we had a balcony overlooking the gardens where we could see and hear lots of birds. The pool area is clean and peaceful and we enjoyed the heated pools. We ate at the restaurant one evening and one lunch timeand the food was good.

Cons:

We unfortunately had an arguing couple staying in the room opposite ours and could hear a lot of shouting which ruined the peace, but this wasn’t the fault of the hotel.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son amplias y si tienes suerte con el tiempo tienes unas vistas chulísimas del volcán. La piscina está bastante bien, no pudimos probar el spa ni por tiempo ni por precio, entre excursiones y demás ya se nos iba de presupuesto.
El desayuno está muy bien y la ubicación no está muy cerca del pueblo, hay que ir en coche. Pueblo que son restaurantes y tiendas de souvenirs, nada más.

Cons:

Aunque las habitaciones son grandes, no me resultó muy cómodo porque no tiene mucho espacio para dejar el equipaje. Es un armario muy pequeño, con tres estanterías pequeñitas y en el aseo tampoco tiene espacio para dejar nada, hay una mini estantería pero que además está alta. Nosotros éramos tres adultos y era complicado tener las cosas guardadas.

Casa Luna was a great location with the necessary amenities making it an excellent value.
Pros:

The property has Greta proximity to the center of La Fortuna while not being too crowded. It is a beautiful location with lush surroundings.

Cons:

The property is well kept and clean, however, it could be updated some in terms of cosmetics. Simple updates like colors and linens.
