Prachtig verblijf, heel fijne kamer! Aanrader!
Pros:

Prachtige kamer, ruim, schoon, heerlijke bedden en ruime mooie badkamer. Groot balkon waar je echt met 4 personen op kon zitten om een dankje te drinken of spelletje te doen.
Het complex zelf was ook heel mooi aangekegd. Heel veel vogels gezien vanaf het balkon.
Mooi zwembad. 6 fijne hottubs.
Het ontbijt was echt fantastisch. Beste wat we gehad hebben in Costa Rica!
We hebben ook 1 keer bij het hotel gegeten. Was ook prima.
Personeel ook heel vriendelijk.
Wij vonden hier alles helemaal goed!

Hotel muy cuidado y con bellas instalaciones, pequeños detalles que se podrían mejorar.
Pros:

Las piscinas de agua temperada, estaban perfectas, fueron ideales para compartir con mis hijos. Las aguas turbulentas funcionaban muy bien y me encantó su entorno natural, la temperatura igualmente era perfecta para adultos y niños pequeños.

En general se nota que el hotel recibe un excelente mantenimiento, todas las áreas comunes encontraban en muy buen estado, al igual que las habitaciones.

Por último me gustó que las habitaciones estaban muy bien aisladas del exterior.

Cons:

No me gustó que gran parte del hotel no tuviera cobertura de internet vía Wi-Fi. El mayor problema es que es una zona con cobertura de red celular muy limitada, dentro de la habitación nos encontrábamos totalmente incomunicados, la única manera de obtener señal era saliendo a las áreas comunes.

Por otra parte tampoco me gustó que las habitaciones no tuvieran closet, no pudimos sacar la ropa de las maletas y eso fue bastante incómodo.

Finalmente creo que el desayuno podría tener un poco más de opciones, no lo calificaría como malo, pero tampoco fue nada excepcional.

Proper en luxueus resort
Pros:

Prachtig zicht op de Arenal lokaal. Propere kamers. Heel uitgebreid ontbijt. Spa was erg rustgevend, fijne zwembaden. Restaurant was top. Personeel was heel behulpzaam.

Cons:

Kamer en badkamer was wat aan de kleine kant voor 4 personen. Weinig ruimte voor je spullen. Er was een klein terras, maar slechts 2 stoelen, terwijl we met 4 waren. Prijzen aan de hoge kant (zeker voor wat uit minibar kwam).

Excelente estrutura e café da manhã, para relaxar após um dia de aventuras em La Fortuna
Pros:

Este é um daqueles lugares em que nos arrependemos de não ter ficado mais noites. Casa Luna tem várias piscinas abertas que podem ser usadas sem a necessidade de contratar os serviços de Spa. O café da manhã foi um dos mais completos que pegamos na Costa Rica e fomos muito bem atendidos pela equipe. A hospedagem está a poucos minutos do centro, oferecendo uma atmosfera relaxada.

Lo único q puedo decir es q nos pusieron 2 toallas de piscina y dos de baño cuando éramos 4… pero las pedimos y se arregló.

Een fantastische hotel! Zee ruime kamers met heerlijke bedden. Ook een ruime badkamer met een fijne douche. De meerdere jacuzzi's die het hotel biedt waren voor ons echt een meerwaarde. De spa biedt goede massages op een fantastische plek! Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van wat restaurantjes. La Fortuna zelf is met een uber prima te bereiken. En als extra heeft dit hotel een fantastisch uitzicht op de vulkaan!

Wunderschönes Hotel in traumhafter Umgebung
Pros:

- Wunderschöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage
- Sehr leckeres Frühstück
- Ideale Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom La Fortuna Wasserfall entfernt
- Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Auto in nur 10–15 Minuten erreichbar
- Auf dem Hotelgelände konnten wir viele Tiere, verschiedene Vogelarten und wunderschöne Schmetterlinge beobachten
- Freundliche Atmosphäre und perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
