Good value for money but wouldn’t stay again due to neighbouring hotel and lack of sunbeds
Pros:

The staff are all really friendly and helpful.
The food is very nice - breakfast is a bit of the same everyday but still managed to find something each day.
The hotel complex is really quiet and relaxing.
The cocktail menu is fab!
The room was comfy and big but it was opposite another hotel that was incredibly loud.
Loved the rituals shampoos and conditioners and that the mini bar was refilled once daily.
We arrived late and they had food prepared for us in the fridge which was a nice surprise and well received.

Cons:

There aren’t enough sun beds and everyone reserves them from 7am so you end up having to sit on deck chairs or on the sofas. It’s carnage.
Our room was opposite the hotel over the road, we booked this hotel specifically because it was quiet and there was no entertainment (boring - but that’s us!) but each night we had to sit through next doors awful and loud entertainment, which while it finished at 11pm (which was late for us) the guests were still partying until the very early hours which kept us awake, meaning it’s wasn’t very restful. For these reasons we wouldn’t stay here again as wanting to relax all day by the pool on a sunbed and sleep at night in a quiet room is what’s important to us.

Amazing staff and few minor issues.
Pros:

The property is new and in very good condition. The staff are fantastic and very friendly

Cons:

The sun beds are limited and reserved early in the morning. Our room wasn’t clean twice x2 which we had to chase up which is disappointing for a 4 Star Hotel.

Vietā, kur atgriesties
Pros:

Fantastisks personāls. Virtuve salīdzinot ar pagājušo gadu pārspējusi pati sevi-izcila kvalitāte plus izcils noformējums ( īpašs paldies Šefpavāram). Patika, ka divus vakarus dzīvā mūzika. Atgriežoties pēc gada jutāmies kā savējie. Pārējie plusi- bezakmeņu pludmalē blakus, slūta, ka personāls to vien gaida lai varētu palīdzēt, lidostā 15 minūšu attālumā. Nākamgad brauksim atkal. Liels paldies! Māris un Lilija

Fantastisch
Pros:

Het hotel is fantastisch. De architectuur is prachtig en de kamers zijn stijlvol ingericht met zorgvuldig afgestemd meubilair. De ontvangst was bijzonder warm en hartelijk. Dankzij de app is alle informatie eenvoudig toegankelijk en verloopt de communicatie zeer duidelijk.

De kamers zijn mooi, verzorgd en netjes. De bedden bieden uitstekend comfort. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. We werden werkelijk op onze wenken bediend.

Het eten is vers, gevarieerd en overheerlijk, met voor ieder wat wils.
Kortom: een tophotel met topmedewerkers. Een absolute aanrader!

Het hotel en de kamers zijn prachtig!

Cons:

De bediening is nogal traag. Soms zaten we al meer dan een half uur aan tafel voordat iemand drank kwam opnemen. Op een cocktail aan de pool bar kon je makkelijk 15 minuten wachten.
Wij waren hier ook met een groep van 8 maar we mochten in het begin maar per 4 personen aan tafel…

Fantastisch verblijf waar je goed tot rust kunt komen en je je geen zorgen hoeft te maken over lekker eten
Pros:

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was super lekker met ook keuze uit voldoende gezonde opties. Echt beter dan verwacht. Elke dag weer iets nieuws op de lunch- en avondbuffet aanwezig. Ook de cocktails waren bijzonder lekker. Verder heeft het hotel een zeer nette moderne uitstraling.

Cons:

Weinig dat niet beviel. Wel zagen we dat er op sommige dagen de ligbedden snel vol lagen en er dan eigenlijk net te weinig bedden zijn (in de zon) voor de hoeveelheid mensen in het hotel. Verder zit de aanvliegroute van de luchthaven over de hele kust heen. Voor ons geen issue, maar je zou er aan kunnen storen (iets wat wellicht opgelost zou kunnen zijn met de nieuwe luchthaven die in de aanbouw is)

Adorable hotel, great VFM
Pros:

* Comfortable beds
* Beautiful design all over- rooms and hotel
* Good quality alcohol, especially the cocktails were amazing
* Such fantastic service by all the staff, who smile and offer assistance all the time! Special thanks to Lia at the reception: made our arrival so welcoming, helped with transferring us to another room per our request, and encouraged us to stay at the hotel after check out while waiting for our flight!
* Food was super varied EVERY MEAL
* Hotel quite small, not imposing, which we liked

Cons:

* pool not heated and water is cold, which esentially makes it that hardly anyone ever enters it
* Not nearly enough beds in the pools area - highly recommended to reserve a poolside room, so that you have guaranteed beds and slightly more secluded... We ended up switching rooms to one of those because of that.
* Due to the area's proximity to Heraklion airport, you hear airplanes over your head often

Als je helemaal tot rust wil komen, is dit the place to be.

Het personeel, de kamer, het eten… Alles eigenlijk!

Cons:

In Gouves valt niet zoveel te beleven. Maar prima uitvalsbasis als je een auto huurt.

Geen slecht verblijf maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Lekkere cocktails aan het zwembad, ontbijt was prima. Lia, de vrouw van de receptie, is top!! Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam!!!

Cons:

Lang wachten op drank tijdens het eten (ontbijt, lunch en diner!), het eten is niet uitgebreid en koud. Weinig variatie.
Zwembaden zijn ijskoud (maar blijkt bijna overal te zijn in Kreta). Personeel is niet onvriendelijk maar enthousiasme of een lachje moet je nu ook niet verwachten.
