Overall good experience for the price, great staff, ratings will get better once renovations r done.
Pros:

I like the friendly and helpful staff. From the conceirge, housekeeping, and front desk.

Cons:

The current renovations were a bot annoying at times. Imagine having dinner and you hear the sounds of hammering, drilling. The usual spa center was not available and there were no recommendations for alter natives.

Pros:

Chúng tôi không hài lòng và rất bực mình khi mất thời gian. Chúng tôi không hề đặt thêm phòng nhưng lại trừ tiền của chúng tôi trên thẻ. Ví dụ trường hợp chúng tôi không đến nếu có đặt giả sử là người khác. Bên phía khách sạn cũng phải gọi điện check thông tin có đến hay không.?? có đặt hay không?

Cons:

Tôi không hài lòng bởi vì bỗng nhiên trong tài khoản của tôi bị trừ tiền khi tôi đã thanh toán đầy đủ. Bên Booking phòng đã trừ tiền của chúng tôi.
